AVOIDAVOIDAVOID! You remember as a kid growing up watching those Pizza Hut commercials that make you salivate over that piping hot ooey gooey cheesey heavenly slice?! Well this place serves you the exact opposite — hard cold lumpy cheeseless, topless dry cardboard burnt to a crisp is what they call their ‘thin slice’ pizza. The owner of this franchise location obviously is not in the business to sell food. It is very sketch — odd hours, ringing a doorbell to be ‘let in’. I thought it was a convenient location for me to pick up pizza for my kids bday party at 4cats… please do yourself and your child a huge favour and take the short walk to Fresh slice on 28th to get your pizzas or else your child won’t have any friends left to invite at his/her next birthday. This place is just SKETCHY and DISGUSTING.

No go. I ordered online clearing stating what I wanted and the WRONG pizza showed up after 30minutes. When I called the Main Street location I got a lot of attitude on the phone and another HOUR + wait. Yeah, it’s only a Pizza Hut but it’s still terrible service.

Perfect if you don’t like toppings! Our mushroom and pepperoni pizza came with all of 6 slices of mushroom. Clearly, they aren’t interested in return customers because you would have to be crazy to go back.

We ordered some pizza here for a company staff meeting since they had a sale and they weren’t that far from the office I used to work at. Pizza came cold for starters. Not impressed. Secondly they didn’t ring up the sale price = second time not impressed. Third strike is that we ordered a bottle of 2L pop but that was forgotten. I am surprised that they got the pizza’s right which they did thankfully. We weren’t that far from a convenience store, therefore, we solved the pop issue. As for the billing issue we just paid the guy the sale price based on promotion and left our business card so that they could deal with our accounting department(me) if they had issue with this. It’s too bad ’cause I have ordered from here before with service that was flawless but it was this one time that just angered me that day.

I just moved into a new place and done unpacking everything so I decided to order pizza hut. I placed an online order at 7:50pm for a pzone pie, wings, salads and pepsi. A guy called me back saying they were out of pepsi so I replaced it with a 7up. no big deal. The system said the order would arrive at 8:22, the driver arrived at 8:30. Lots of people would flip tables over this but it’s no big deal to me. The food was hot. The wings were very crispy and tasty. The salads were great as well, I mean, it’s a salad. The only thing that I didn’t like as much was the pzone pie. Nothing was wrong with it, I just don’t like how it kind of had a buttery taste but that’s just my reference. Will defienately order again from pizza hut. Great food. I’m not a big fan of pizzas, but I really like the side items that pizzahut has to offer. Keep up the good work. I hope future experiences will be just as pleasant as today.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered some pizza from this location online. It never showed up. They must be rolling in the dough(pun totally intended) because they obviously don’t need my money.

This has been by far the worst online ordering, customer service and tasting experience I’ve had with a restaurant. After ordering, I wanted to add a dip to my order, so I called the store. After no one picked up, I was sent to the order support team. The guy cuts me off before I can explain and sends me to the«online ordering» support team. They tell me to call back the store and keep trying until they pick up. So I did that and after 4 tries I finally got through. The lady told me that the delivery man has already left. By the way, all this hassle is due to wanting 1 dip, that their online ordering system did not give me the option of purchasing. So finally, after the pizza is 15 minutes late from when they said it would be here, I pay $ 30, to find out that the pizza I ordered was not even cooked fully, and I had to put it back in the oven to fully cook it. I cannot believe this location is still in business. Terrible, terrible experience.

We waited 30 mins when I realized they didn’t tell us how long it would be so we called and asked and the lady said the driver left, oh great! So we waited and waited and then another 30 minutes went by… So we called back and asked the lady why it hadn’t come yet when the lady before or possibly the same person told us it left 30 minutes ago. She said it left 30 minutes ago and she’ll call the driver and ask. So we waited again and the driver called to say he would be there in 3 minutes and that he blew a tire. Now I can understand how inconvenient that must be. But if I was a delivery driver, I would call the dispatcher or whatever to let them know that they were being delayed. The stuffed crust tasted like a cheese stick in bread, not even melted or anything just one long clump and the pizza wasn’t hot. The salad was mix your own ingredients and the only thing that was good were the spicy hot wings, we ordered them hot and they were hot(taste wise, not temperature), so if you want good pizza that’s still warm try somewhere else. Please for the love of pizza

Compared to DT, this one’s got a poor attitude. At least yesterday afternoon whomever that front lady was lol. Just asking about their $ 3.99 special, and probably wouldn’t touch it after seeing a customer pick one up. Hey, I don’t expect much anyways here for that price but it was easy for me to walk away, as Coke wasn’t an option. Guess it’s those exclusive agreements. And the fact that you have to be buzzed in does annoy me.

We order from this Pizza Hut often and have never had any complaints until tonight… The food was fine, good pizza wings and at a good price but the service is BAD. We ordered online and requested delivery and to pay debit. There is a delivery charge and a surcharge to pay by debit(only $ 1) and since we had no cash we went for this. The driver shows up at our place with no debit machine and says he forgot it at the store. He asks us to pay by credit card and he hasn’t got the machine so he wants us to write down our credit card number on a piece of paper for him, I don’t think so. He goes off back to the store to get the machine and we wait. We called the store to explain what happened and how that was unacceptable and the manager just says whats the big deal? Thanks for nothing!

Ok guys, it’s a Pizza Hut. No surprises here. It’s the same pizza you grew up eating at children’s birthday parties, but perhaps a tad bit less greasy than it was back in the 80s and 90s. If you didn’t grow up with the stuff I probably would not recommend trying it now, as it’s all about the nostalgia factor. And don’t even think about ordering the salads, pastas, or chicken wings… it’s called PIZZA Hut for a reason — stick with the pizza! I have a secret weakness for their cheese stuffed crust and order it for delivery a few times a year. I’m phone phobic(hey, I grew up texting and instant messaging) so I like that I can order online and not have to physically speak to anyone. For delivery I have found this location particularly fast — I’ve had orders arrive in as little as 15 minutes, always hot and never soggy!

So we thought it would be fun to have an impromptu pizza lunch at work. We ordered at 12:30pm, the first sign that we made the wrong choice was that we were transferred to a US call centre for our order. 1:00 rolls around, nothing. 1:10 — we call to check, apparently driver has left. Our building is maximum 5 min driving from this location. About15 minutes later we call again — we’re assured it’s on its way. 1:55 the pizza finally arrives. Cold and soggy. And to top it off, the crust is half burnt. Wish I had my camera with me at the time. 90 minutes for pizza delivery!!! WTF??! The least you’d expect is a free meal, but nope, we had to pay and they’re giving us the next meal free. As if any of us would even consider Pizza Hut after this. Disgusting. All of it. Food, service, never again.

If you’re into greasy pizzas, Pizza Hut does it really well. The crust is among the greasiest of all of the pizza joints. Personally, I would have liked more if it wasn’t so greasy. If you like cheese, they’re not too bad either. Pizza hut adds more cheese than Panago or Domino’s. One thing to avoid are their salad’s and bread sticks. I ordered a pasta combo which came with salad and bread sticks. The lettuce wasn’t fresh. Let me just say that some parts of the lettuce wasn’t green. Apparently, it was Greek salad and there was only lettuce, dried up meat bits, and dried up bread cubes. Their bread sticks were disappointing. In their photos and ads on TV, you’ll see actual sticks like mini French baguettes. In reality, it turned out to be a half a slice of garlic bread cut into 12 rectangular pieces. The bread used tasted exactly like the crust they use on their pizzas too. I tried the beef lasagna and chicken tuscani rotini pasta. Dried, salty and charred. For the same price, you can go to any Italian restaurant and get much better quality pasta at about the same price.

After seeing those commercials on TV about the stuffed crust and super cheese filled pizzas at Pizza Hut, I thought I would check them out. I was pretty impressed that I could actually order my pizza from online! Holy high tech Batman! The only problem with that is that its kind of confusing… especially if you have never ordered from Pizza Hut before. Now I know that I am moving pretty slowly due to an intense hangover, but I wasn’t sure what the crust options and sizes were because they all had fancy names, so I actually had to read the difference between PANormous, and the Edge. Perhaps having a small, medium and large option would be more helpful? Or maybe they are trying to start their own lingo like Starbucks with their«venti» size. In any case, I thought I was on the pizza ordering page, but I was on the«featured product» page, and all the featured products at the top of the page were pizzas, so I clicked on the vegetarian mediterranean link and it asked me about what I thought was whole grain crust, but was actually bread sticks. When it arrived I was in for a surprise! I was also confused because in my confirmation email it said 1st pizza– medium multigrain crust. So I even called the store, and spoke to someone until I realized my mistake. The man I spoke to was very nice, he even offered to make a new pizza for me, but I didn’t want to put him to any trouble. I ate a bit of the pasta… it was not my favourite, it kind of tasted like it should have been pizza, but they forgot the bread underneath. I had also ordered a pizza that was half margherita and half giardino fresca. The margherita was okay, but it could have used some fresh basil leaves, and the other one was meh… I found the crusts to be a little to crispy and not as soft as Panago(where I usually order from.) I didn’t get any dipping sauces, and I probably should have since I didn’t love the crust,(now I know why a lot of people don’t eat crusts) but with all the crust options, I figured it would have been really good. I got breadsticks too with no dipping sauce, but I think that was because they were supposed to be with the pasta that I didn’t want. I probably won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again, just because I really didn’t care for the cardboard pizza and tomato paste pasta. The customer service was good though, which is why I gave them at least two stars.
