Gluten free pizza? Not a good idea! Don’t know if it’s the gluten free dough, but our pizza was soggy, mushy, undercooked… Regular pizza is ok. Not yummy Neapolitan traditional style, but ok. I find it is still expensive for what it is. 1⁄5 for the gluten free pizza and 3⁄5 for the regular pizza.

I’ve eaten at many a pizza place in my lifetime and I have a select few I return to. This is one of them. It’s the best place for gluten free crust. It’s moist but not wet, thin but not too thin… think goldilocks and the 3 bears here! It’s just extremely good. Great selection of ingredients too! They didn’t judge when I asked for a vegetarian but with bacon added either. It’s busy and noisy however but you can’t hear that over the joy of their pizza.

Best pizza in the city(real Europian, not that fat oily dough as other places), best service ! always cheer us up ;) and last but not least, best beer!

Just incredible how our Vancouver scene churns out these neopolitan places, never enough. Ordered the Flammkuchen, anything with bacon & caramelized onions, watch out. Very flavourful, that feeling when you roll your eyes… that’s just me. Highly recommend. Ambience-wise, it’s a great vibe if you want the action during the peak times, but it’s date worthy enough to be quiet early/late part of the day. Last time I heard, they’re only open for evenings but could be open day for the weekends. Modern, slick décor with communal table for some possible action. Sell a bottled ginger root beer that’s a bomb too. Friendly great service. Metered parking all around, though park for free at Whole Food’s across, you should be buying some fruits too ;)

By far the best pizza in all of Vancouver! Almost tastes wood fired. Great service and the freshest ingredients. Could not recommend this place more!

Great experience here! I was in town from Seattle with a group of friends. We had no cell reception while in Vancouver, so we ordered online to pick up. There was a mix up with the order going through and the people there were so accommodating in getting us our pizzas in a timely manner. They even sat us and gave us free beverages while we waited for the pizzas to be made. Top notch service and yummy pizza! A ++

Pizza was meh. Had the funghi with bacon added(because bacon makes everything better) and didn’t finish the 12 inch pizza between my friend and I. Sadly, neither of us was interested in eating it for breakfast the next day. The service was good, nevertheless, will skip this restaurant on our next trip to Vancouver.

This is the place to have Pizza on Robson Street in Vancouver, service was incredibly friendly and the food was very tasty. We had the Mushroom Pizza and the Bison Balls I mean Bison Meat Balls. Good beer too. We will be back.

There are not very many places that can get gluten free pizza crust right. Pizza Fabrika isn’t an exception. The crust was bland and hard. I didn’t taste any seasoning in the pizza sauce either. I ordered the ham and pineapple with daiya cheese. It is very cool that they have this alternative cheese option. And the peices of topping are very generous. The people that work here are very fun and energectic. You can feel it when you walk in. Unfortunately the pizza I wish was better. I might try it again, just to make sure I didn’t go on an «off» day.

One of the better neopolitan ones out there, considering not much in this part of DT, unless you’re willing to go to Gastown for Nickli’s. Nice vibe to this place, more casual but nice enough for a date. Ordered the bacon one, deleesh. Generous toppings, great crust. Also have bottled root beer, forget the name, in a green bottle, much better than Barq’s.

This place has a lot of potential but I was a bit disappointed the first time around. Perhaps it’s what we ordered(gluten free crust and Hawaiian pizza) but it wasn’t up to par. That being said its right around the block from my place so I’ll try it again and update if it exceeds the first experience.

Went there a few weeks ago with some friends Always wanted to try it out, so thought why not The pizza was ok, pretty tasty. but not outstanding. Service was meh, we were eating spicy ass pizza, and our waters weren’t replenished. Had the feeling they didn’t want people to hang out, but to eat quickly I won’t be back

A last minute decision to go here. Fabrika makes he napole style pizza and it’s pretty good. We had the marinara which was good and the basil was on generously which I really enjoyed. The other pizza we got was the funghi. The mushroom variety was really good however there was a lot of olive oil which lead to it being kind of soggy.

My husband and I have been waiting for a place like this to open in our Coal Harbour neighbourhood! This is a small, clean and simply laid out pizzeria. The menu is equally small, but always fresh and the quality is consistent. This weekend we were celebrating my graduation with about 20 guests on a Saturday! Stephen, the manager was really laid back about the process. When we got there, the service was excellent. All my nieces and nephews were invited to make pizza dough in the kitchen. Truly went out of their way to please us. Great customer service. Totally recommend this place for a laid back dinner or family get together.

We found this place as we were walking along looking for something to eat. This place has great hospitality. The workers were really cool and friendly. Even suggested I take my girlfriend down to English Bay and watch the sunset and then stop back in on the way back.(Drinks on the house) we ordered the meatball pizza which was really good to go along with the Canadian Beer 311 which paired perfectly. Overall great experience with reasonable prices!!! Didn’t make it back for drinks on the house but plan on stopping by again before we leave.

Went there for a take-out. A gentleman who I think is the owner and is friendly got my order. I ordered the vegetarian pizza and added goat cheese and salami. The place is hip and warm. They have a good range of beers and wines. Since I customized my pizza it got expensive and kind of over-priced. I assume each item from the add-on list is 3 dollars. Overall a very good experience and a tasteful pizza, and a bit pricy!

Nice little basic neighborhood pizza joint. I am surprised this place is not busier. They have a decent beer list, their take on pizzas works. We opted for the lamb sausage and goat cheese. Nailed it! Next time you are walking by, stop, go in and eat a decent pizza. One of the better smaller pizza places in Vancouver.

We were walking down Robson St and pizza sounded good so we decided to give this place a try. There were 4 of us and it was pretty packed, but the host apologized, kept us updated as one of the tables was getting ready to leave. While we were waiting, he took our drink orders and brought us a pitcher of beer. We got an order of garlic bread, which had plenty of flavor with the herbs. We ordered the Flammuchen pizza which was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. This is the first time my boyfriend and I have been in Canada so he wanted to try Canadian beer, the waiter reccommended the Pilsner(which tasted like budlight to me), Analog beer which was pretty tasteless, but didnt taste like beer so I liked it since Im not a beer person. Then he was nice enough to give us a beer on the house, Schneider Weisse which was amazing! It was great service and the vibe in the restaurant was very friendly, definitely a must go to if youre a pizza and beer fan.

Been here multiple times now and these guys do a great job! Former owners of La Brasserie on Davie and you can just tell that they have a passion for good food. When going to a pizzeria I’ve never been before, I always have a margherita as some sort of a benchmark. Theirs is so good I still order it every time I go there. The restaurant itself has a beautiful setting. It’s the perfect place for a night out. You can start of the night with a nice appetizer, my favourite is the bison meatballs. They have a great(local) beer and wine list and to top it off they have some great desserts they serve in glass mason jars. Go. Now.

Tried the margherita and octopus pizzas(octopus was the happy hour special pizza for $ 12) and both were very good. The beer bison meatballs were also quite delicious. During happy hour, a glass of beer is $ 3 and house wine is $ 4. Def worth checking out! Welcome to the neighbourhood! We’ll be back
