Domino’s Pizza

Worst customer service ever! They’ve messed up our order 3 times in a row. Each time they mess up online they then put a credit on our account for the next order so long as we call it in. The problem is if you order online you receive an additional $ 7 off so a credit of $ 5 doesn’t save us anything and then to top it off when we called it in they forgot to credit us plus screwed up the order yet again upon delivery!

What the hell, dominos. Get your sh*t together. Let’s see–
Ordered pizza– check, that at least was correct. Barely warm, but correct.
Wings– meh. At least what was ordered.
«Boneless chicken» — BE WARNED– the flyer makes it appear (see photos) similar to a chicken strip in size. The reality is smaller than a mcnugget. 8 for $ 8. NOT a deal. Also ordered and paid for a different dip (their BBQ is AWFUL) which of course I did not receive.
Pop– ordered a 2L of diet coke. Was taken down as regular coke. Which was irrelevant as I didn’t receive any pop of any kind. The driver offered to go get some but it would have arrived long after we were finished.
Called to inform of all these errors and the manager only offered to put a credit for LESS than the amount of the missing pop and dip on my account. Pretty pathetic. And if the reviews here are to be believed, I may not even get that credit. I’m not sure I want to bother finding out. This was an incredibly pathetic comedy of errors. So forget it– I’ll go with Panago, they are reliable, rarely make errors, and are more than willing to remedy those errors.

One complaint, they never get my dipping sauce order right. I always say no marina and 1 ranch, but it doesn’t matter, I still get marina and zero ranch. Every time! And I pay extra for that stupid sauce. One time my fiancé called to complain and they said the next order they’d take $ 3 off, but that was complete BS — we never got the discount. It happened again tonight and he called again to complain and they said they’d send the driver back with the dipping sauce, but even if he comes back, the food will be cold. It’s just so frustrating when you order from a place on a regular basis and the make the same mistake over and over and over!
That being said, it’s the cheapest pizza delivery around that I know of, and it tastes alright.

Nice people although it was occasionally difficult to communicate with them at times.
Pizza was fast and tasted good. I liked the tomato flavour.
Whilst we were in there a real jerk came in and started shouting at them about coupons. They handled the situation very professionally. The customer didn’t even let them explain.
It’s small and the prices are a little high, but it’s what you expect from a dominos.

Scam place, their flier says $ 9.99 (Order Code 3203), but when I called, they kept misguiding me and tried to charge $ 26!!! When I asked why they gave me some bad excuses. After I told them I wanted exactly the same one they had on their flier, the guy still tried to charge me more, So all van folks, always ask them how much your order is on the phone (because they will never tell you that until they ask you for money!) before you ask them to deliver a pizza! Go to hell Domino’s!!!

Pretty happy with these guys. Courteous delivery drivers, and quick turn around. Always get coupons in the mail addressed to me, once I ordered for the first time.
Domino’s. yes its a chain. but common… pizza is pizza right? Maybe…
