I called and was quoted a price and was fixed that day. 45 minutes and $ 90 to fix my iPhone 5 screen. Quick and friendly.

This place is a total rip off /​scam.
Because of the new wireless code of conduct, wireless providers must unlock your mobile phone upon request free of charge (after a time period has passes) but these jerks still trick people in paying them for it.
I used their online «unlocking» service. They took my money, but never sent the unlock code. When, after 6 days of waiting, I called to complain, the guy started yelling at me. I didn’t get my money back, or the phone unlocked. This place is a total scam, don’t go there.

I damaged the USB port on my Samsung Note 3, and Clay was able to fix it quick and easy for a very affordable fee. In terms of customer service, Clay is direct and honest when it comes to what you need for your phone. For example, I was asking him about some products he was selling for Samsung phones, but he was honest and said it was not necessary for my purposes. He also explained thoroughly possible reasons how I may have damaged the port and how to avoid it for next time.

I went there to get my screen fixed and it was fine until some spots on screen weren’t really responsive so I went back the next day to tell them and to get my mic fixed and that was last Friday and I still haven’t gotten back. They told me they have to get the mic part on the weekend so I can probably get it on Tuesday. They say they will call you back the next day but they never do. I called them back today to see if I could get it back and they told me they brought to Richmond b/​c Richmond has more tools… they said saturday ill be able to get it back (today is saturday). and they said the mic cannot be fixed. and i can get it back on monday. seriously? man im never going back there again

It was referred to me a while ago that this place was the place for any cellphone problems. I went six months ago to unlock the phone — they were good — professional and fast, reasonable pricing. So six months later I brought along with my tablet and purchased some accesorirs (a cable and SD card) for my phone. This time there was a woman worked at the counter who had a very little knowledge of anything regarding phones, so she had to go inside to ask the tech guy for every question. I waited for over an hour to have my tablet diagnosed but they not only did not fix it but ruined the plug (which I didn’t notice till I got home) and they charged me $ 20 plus tax. On top of that I brought an SD card for $ 40 plus tax — they put inside my phone for me but two days after I realized it is not even working. I called them and reported about it. The guy on the phone lectured me that it was my responsibility now for the product was out of the store. What kind of service is that?!! I understand sometimes products don’t function as they suppose to — it is called manufacture defeats but stores in Canada usually take good care of their costumers if this happens. No in this store. I will never go back here again and yes I think others should know about what kind of service they will get here in this store.

Fast, efficient and very polite service. Had the charging mechanism of my Samsung replaced in just a few minutes, and a new faceplate cover expertly put on… very happy with this place. Thank you Clay! Well done.

I was very happy that Clay was able to transfer the guts of my screen-​smashed S3 INTO the body of my old S3. 35 mins (and a tasty dim sum lunch next door) and $ 45 later — good as new!
I saw several very happy customers while I was there… unlock, repairs, etc. They do it all.
Sure beats the Telus price quoted @ $ 300 for a new screen install!

Have got to say. these guys are the way to go! Had a crackling phone jack. and he fixed it while I waited. I tried to take it apart myself. and it was a nightmare to get at. Had to take the whole thing apart. So. thank you Clay.

Small business huge service.
I went there to get my screen fixed for my cell. he fixed it in about a hour. a few Weeks later I called him again and said i didn’t like the tint of the replaced screen & he replaced it happily of no charge. Great customer service, reasonable rates & down to earth owners.

My partner gave me his old iPhone; needed to get it unlocked. Researched 3 companies that can unlock/​repair old cell phones. These guys were the only ones who explained everything to me, gave me all my options, answered questions, with NO sales pressure. They are very honest, which is THE most important quality for any company, for me.
