Was looking for places to get my ring plated so it would be nice and shiny for the holidays. Everywhere I looked was pricy and it took them approx a week to do the job. Simon was amazing and took my ring in last minute on Christmas Eve, charged me a very fair price AND had it done within 24 hours. Would def. recommend this place for anyone who needs their jewelry cleaned, shined and plated

My husband brought me into the boutique to see Simon, the owner and jeweller who was gracious and helpful! He was generous with his time and was exceptionally informational about diamonds & gemstones. I am thrilled to have a ring and pendant created by Simon and absolutely LOVE my bracelet! I feel that we received excellent value and fair pricing for our purchases and will certainly shop here again.

Top of the line customer service here! I took some earrings in to be fixed and other pieces for cleaning and altering. Simon was really friendly, personable, offered helpful suggestions (when I asked), and was very efficient with everything. His office and workspace was clean and organized too! If I decide to design jewellery one day I will no doubt be asking Simon for his services. Great guy with an amazing work ethic! I’m happy to say that I would send everyone I know his way.
