Victoria & Julia’s Flowers

I buy flowers a lot. Since my mother is a musician, on average, I order at least five large-​scale performance bouquets a year. This past year, our local florist even gave my family a tomato plant to express their thanks haha.
A few months ago, I had an extremely urgent situation that required the delivery of two bouquets in the Toronto area. After a quick Unilocal search, I stumbled upon Victoria and Julia’s Flowers, Inc. Given my past experience with florists, I imagined that this would be impossible to do in such short notice, over a weekend, calling in the late afternoon — do florists, nay Canadians, even work on the weekends? (Joke! That was a joke! They are usually open both Saturday and Sunday!)
But to my surprise, a kind professional named Robert answered the phone on the second ring. And over the course of that weekend (Saturday AND Sunday), Robert, Suzette, and I exchanged countless phone calls and emails in which they helped me put together the arrangements that I needed. Plus, it wasn’t just any ordinary weekend, this was a HOLIDAY weekend (which I wasn’t aware of at the time) bc they had to make sure they could find a courier available and willing to do the delivery!
For everything I put them through, I am eternally grateful for Suzette, Robert, the courier who delivered my flowers, and everyone at Victoria and Julia’s Flowers, Inc. I am touched by their commitment to their customers, their shop, and their craft. They are truly one-​of-​a-​kind and there’s not one like it anywhere (not one I’ve ever encountered in the US, that’s for sure). If I ever need flowers delivered in Toronto again, Victoria & Julia’s Flowers, Inc. is without a doubt my #1 choice!

These guys are true valentine’s day saviors. Their representative, rob, told me he ll quickly arrange flours for me on the spot. Not only that, but since he realized that I had so much to do with my valentines day and not everything was ready, he decided to that he would also deliver the flowers to my house for free helping me further surprise my girlfriend.
One of a kind service! Great job Rob! I’m coming back.
