Needed my phone unlocked, Tried the guys at Yonge and Gerrard, Was told $ 50-​$ 60 2 days and he might not even be able to do it.
Decided to check Unilocal for the best local place to get it done and found the review for Hi-​End.
Not only did they meet my expectations, they surpassed them.
I was quoted a price of $ 35 for next day service. Excellent!
I received a call later that same day to tell me it was done. He then fitted my chip, for half price and found me the perfect case
An all round superior experience
They have my business and my recommendation for life now

These guys saved me $ 400 by fixing my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Wind Mobile was going to make me buy ANOTHER phone because my Nexus was just 1 month out of warranty. Thanks to Hi-​End gadgets, in one hour and for only $ 45, I was back in business. Thanks guys.

The worst. Got quoted 3 different prices from the two guys in the store within 5 minutes for a product. Caught them in lies as the price (much lower) was on their website. One of them became nasty when I politely pointed out the discrepancy, then turned his back on me and walked away. Rude and slippery. I felt as if they were trying to cheat me and, when that was unsuccessful, they retreated. Ugh, don’t go there.

They replaced my iPhone 4 screen for less money than anywhere else and it is as new. I got a really nice iPad cover for much less money than Best Buy. The service is good and I saved a lot of money going here.
