TPH The Printing House

i have since spoken again with the manager Pam and she’s offered a TOTAL REFUND for the project. I’m impressed with her turn around and have faith that in the future i could trust PH and Pam with any print job.
here’s the original post:
went to PH vs an online printer to avoid exactly what happened — the print was SO close to the edge (i had sought guidance and was told the allowance was fine)
also the cards as SEE THROUGH they;re so thin — was told they were the thickest available in black cardstock, only to find after going to website (after receiving the thin cards) that there was a ‘triple thick’ option available

I’ve used these guys for the last 5 years, and their output and service is always top-​notch and reliable for basic printing services (as I’ve ordered business cards, postcards and posters from them.)
As a graphic designer, I’m terribly picky about where I print, and I’ve had to deal with a LOT of other places where staff were inept or have no clue about the actual printing process.
Their turnaround is super-​speedy (within 24 hours if needed) and they will hand-​deliver your order if your business is within walking distance of their location. Manager Pamela Pua is absolutely exceptional; friendly and knowledgable, and the type of person who will remember your name and face from jobs you ordered several years ago!
The only downside is that they’re closed on weekends. Regardless, I’ll gladly give my business to them in the continuing future.
