Sam and Arna were a pleasure to deal with and we absolutely LOVED the wedding invitations that we chose. We wanted something fun, personal and whimsical, to match the style of our wedding and our personalities, and Sam was amazing and guiding us to the right choice, from invitation pieces, fonts, colours, etc. He even printed some of the extra pieces in house, to help us save costs.
Arna has a great attention to detail and was absolutely amazing at making sure all the addresses were right, and we had all of the pieces we needed. I knew I could completely rely on her to catch any issues.
Overall, I highly recommend using Sam and Arna at Paper Ideas for all of your stationary needs.

We had a terrible experience ordering our wedding invitations from this place. They required a 50% nonrefundable deposit before we saw the proofs, so when we didn’t like the design we were stuck. We were not offered an alternate design.
Then they increased our order without consulting with us, were late with delivery, and charged us more than they had originally quoted. They also tried to charge us for the extra invitations they’d printed that we hadn’t ordered. What a disgrace. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was on Yonge St. last week and walked into Paper Ideas with the intent of helping my sister with her baby shower invitations. I came to them with ideas of what I wanted the invitations to look like. They created a proof, however, they required a nonrefundable deposit before I was able to see this proof. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the invitations, the colours were completely different from what I originally expected and the quality was lacking. They looked OK, but I was not very impressed. If you can, I would suggest you try a different place for your printing needs.
