The salesperson sold me a toy assuring me it was high-​grade silicone. I even told her that for MEDICAL reasons, silicone is the only material that is safe for my body. When I went home and read the box carefully, I realized she sold me a RUBBER toy. I’m pretty pissed. Firstly, how the actual fuck are the salespeople not informed about the products they are selling? Either management has incredibly poor training protocols OR their training protocols endorse LYING to make a sale. If I had actually used the toy and gotten an infection, I could have sued for either fraud or negligence. Get your shit together.

There is only one review besides mine but I definitely want this place to be known more. Out of all of the stag shops I’ve been to, this location at Church and Wellesley is the best. The workers are very welcoming and accepting since it’s in the LGBTQ village.
