I wish I could give both Kiana and Sandbox more stars! I love the space, I love the atmosphere and I love the environment.
I booked the space to shoot footage for an anti-​bullying initiative. The space was great! The studio has a parking lot, kitchen and the coolest bathroom ever. Not only is there great art on every wall, the space is accessible and totally safe. It meant a lot to the people involved in our project that the space be inclusive, safe and neutral.
Kiana is a dream to work with, totally under charges for her services and made sure I had everything I needed.
I will definitely continue to use her space and I recommend Sandbox to anyone who wants to work with, collaborate or network with talented and motivated individuals.

Wasn’t really impressed with the set up. They’ve got a ways to go.
No wifi.
One recording booth.
Starter Mics.
Software is ok.
You have to see if it comes with engineer (depends on availability)
Feels like an office with a recording booth.
Barely any parking.
Doesnt feel like a creative space at all.
