Very rude optometrist Anthony Mac paying 75 $ is a waste of money the way he treats his clients pls look for another optimetrist believe me i am just telling the truth

This store has a good selection, and the optometrist that works there, Dr. Mac, is wonderful. That’s where it stops. The optician who sells contact lenses and glasses (Tara…who by the way, I’m convinced is leaving positive reviews for herself on this website) is terrible and unhelpful. She would barely talk to me until I said that I would order lenses from her and not online (FYI the online prices are much better). I had previously been wearing poorly fitting lenses, and she stated that she’d order me new ones and that they’d include a fitting with her to ensure they are good and lie on my eyes properly. Upon their arrival, she wouldn’t assess their fit for me. When I asked her to, she said «just try them at home, you will see it’s better». Had I known she was lazy and didn’t want to properly do her job, I would have ordered my lenses elsewhere. I regret buying my lenses there and I will never do it again. I had stated explicitly when I bought them that I was looking for someone to make sure that I was purchasing the proper lenses by fitting them for me — she clearly didn’t care, only wanted to get her money or commission. Stay away. And if you’re looking for glasses, try LF optical on Dufferin — better prices, better quality lenses.

Tarra is helpful, outgoing and still professional. She always goes an extra mile to please you. Her prices are unbeatable! I would never go somewhere else for glasses.
