I chose this place because their website said«family owned and operated for 30 years». I am not convinced that is the case anymore. I asked for a bouquet to be delivered on a specific date, they delivered it the day before. The bouquet sent was NOTHING like the picture… clusters of flowers all attached on the same stem and all chunked at different heights in a different vase. It was as if someone exchanged the storage bucket for a vase. I was quite upset, so I emailed them a picture. They were very apologetic and told me that an employee that had been there for 2 days made the arrangement. They offered me a free dozen roses with free delivery and a $ 40 credit. I was happy enough. Fast forward 2 months later when I emailed them saying I wanted them to cash in my roses and credit into one big order of roses and be done with the pending coupon. This was their response, «Are you kidding me. The offer at that moment was to resend the roses. The $ 40 credit was when you order this time you get the credit. Not free roses. Plus if you really want the roses it has to be after valentine’s day. Not during my busy season. And you have to pay for delivery.» All I have to say is WOW. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I asked them to never contact me again. They sent the ugliest bouquet(I didn’t think it was possible to do that with flowers) and they treated me terribly when all I asked for was what they offered. If I could give negative stars they would get all five. There are many other florists in the neighbourhood. Consider sending your dollars to businesses that have quality standards ensuring that what goes out the door is the same as promised and to people who treat their customers with dignity and respect.

Friendly and fast, they were able to send flowers same day, even though I called late. So glad they are located close to my good friends house, as every time I want to send them flowers, I know who to call!
