Just went there today expensive for a simple desert and drinks. Service is okay could do better or need more staff. I gave them one star because I felt sick afterwards I told the barista that I was lactose intolerant however she advise me that she would serve me soy but she didn’t super disappointed.

Been here twice. First time was great. Second time was terrible. Maybe because it was on a Sunday. They did not have dark hot chocolate, so we ordered milk chocolate instead. They also didn’t give us our chocolate squares. Service was not the best both times.

We live in the area but this was or first time here! We’ve been missing out! It was so good!
We had the personal fruit fondue (2 of us shared it). It was so good! The fruit was fresh and the pound cake was delicious.
I also had a dark hot chocolate and my husband had a milk chocolate London Fog. He loved his drink!
$ 22 for the 2 of us.

Oh I love this place. I can’t speak for their coffee because I haven’t ordered any. However– the most wonderful blended frozen chocolate and hot chocolate! You can taste the quality. It’s smooth, fragrant chocolate with a wonderful rich aroma that literally teases your tastebuds as you sip your drink. Depending on who is making your drink, there are some variations– I’ve had drinks that were too icy, or too liquidy. I’ve asked them to remake my drink before and they’ve been very willing and understanding. Great service and great chocolate! Just wish they would open later at night!

That’s for customer service and attitude. Vancouver’s better in this regards, but one great thing about this Surrey store is that it’s huge, more upscale and even a bit pretentious.
Walking in, the main seating area is off to the left for more window action. Right corner would be more discrete, and a good first date impression.
I still couldn’t get a full answer from Faith whether it’s 100% Belgian chocolate.

Oh my goodness if youre ever in the outlet, you have to go here before shopping. I went here on valentines day for the first time and had 70% hot cocoa (really dark chocolate) and their red velvet cake. Next time i come here ill get the personal fondue.

This place is a bit expensive, but they’ve got some really great chocolate here!
The staff is friendly, and there is a great selection of chocolate bars to pick from, as well as little specialty chocolates that have cute pictures printed on them. Best of all, I can order from them online since I live in the States!

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Especially those dark hot chocolate you can get here at Mink’s.
There is a location in downtown and I’ve passed it several times but never had the time to go in and it was quite a treat for me to see it in Morgan Crossing.
We had dark hot chocolate and they were sweet and chocolaty but not over the top sweet like some places.
I saw people getting chocolate fondue and that definitely got my attention. I will have to try that some time. Mmm… yum.
It’s little bit on the expensive side. For two large sized hot chocolates, it came to $ 15.00 and change but as a little treat, it ain’t too bad.
As for the space, it’s pretty open and spacious so if you got a stroller and the place isn’t too busy, it’s a good mommy hang out spot. They also have a high chair but I think there is only one.

This place is a huge treat !
An upscale European flavor café with the best Café’ Mocha we’ve ever tasted.
It is made with either milk chocolate or dark chocolate ganache. And a little Mink square chocolate served with each beverage… How nice.
Imagine being served dessert on a silver tray? Very classy.
Their apple tart was delicious and my tea was served in a little pot and in a thermal double sided glass.
It is impressive to see that someone has taken the experience of going out for coffee
and made it a little more luxurious than the standard fare.

I love love love the Chocolate Chai Fog (dark chocolate ganache is the best!) and the fondue is, well, mouth wateringly good for 1 – 2 people. I could easily go there everyday but it is a bit expensive… worth a treat though.
