Quite the different atmosphere compared to the rest of Richmond Public Market. Just got back from the bar, but unfortunately was not very satisfied with the food. I was there with a big bunch, so we mostly didn’t mind the wait time since we understood how hard it’d be to keep up with orders. But… everything was so SALTY! The bowl of yam-​fries was big, which is pretty awesome for $ 4, but because they’re in thin strips and overly salted, most of us could not finish. The same went for the usual fries, which were thicker but tasted like it was sitting in oil for the longest time. During our time there, the music got progressively louder to the point where my friends were screaming at the person right next to them to get a word in.
Overall, great if you’re just looking for a place with breathing space to hang out, drink, and watch the game. Probably not good for if you’re actually thinking of eating with your buddies.

A great bar hiding in the Richmond Public Market, with some great service, food, and good prices. Came here for a buddy’s birthday, and had a hard time finding this place at first, as I am not that familiar with Richmond, except the main stretches. And I was not too sure on what side of Richmond Public Market this place was. I did find it, and it definitely is what it is, which is a bar, to watch the game, and hang with your friends.
The place is spacious, with a stage, some big tv’s that are all over the place, so many of the seats have a great view to watch, whatever you are watching. They play all the Canuck games, and also special events, like UFC to name a few. The people are very friendly here, and the service is top notch. The food is also surprisingly good, as the servings are huge, and the price is resonably cheap. I ordered a burger and nachos with my brother sharing, and we could not finish this, so be warned, you will be fed, with no argument of small portions.
Also, along the wall, you will notice specials, and I am talking about daily specials. Just remember, Sunday’s, all the food on the menu is half price, and the food is good here. Come here, to watch the game, or just chill out!
