Pink Lotus Nails

Came to get a pedi x2 here and have been happy with the service both times
The spa is clean and spacious
The staff are really nice and friendly
I like that they don’t speak to each other in their own language
Instead, they focus on their tasks and make you a priority
I’ve been getting ingrown nails lately
And Helen was awesome at taking them out
She really took the whole thing out with minimal discomfort — despite my toe being super sensitive!
I like the professionalism of this spa and would recommend to others!
For a pedi with shellac it came to $ 47 + tip
But on the pricy side I’d say…

My friend got her nails done there, the service was good, in my opinion the prices can go a little lower but other then that it was a great nail bar.

I went to Pink Lotus Nails after hearing rave reviews from a friend of mine… basically, that they were a cheap, good local nail salon. I was going away on vacation and in desperate need of a mani/​pedi so I thought I’d give them a try.
The nails on my big toes were yellowed and raised on the tips, something I thought I’d have to live with until they grew out, but they were able to buff it out so they looked good as new. My pedicurist was exceptional and took her time so the French tips looked perfect. The foot and leg massage was amazing and she even incorporated hot rocks which felt heavenly.
My manicurist was a little more sloppy and unfortunately forgot I was getting the spa manicure, so I didn’t get the hand massage or any of the extras. However, when I mentioned this to the manager who came over to see how I was doing, she quickly arranged to fix it by either offering me a discount or giving me a free, brand new shellac manicure free of charge. I had been more than willing to simply pay for a regular manicure but she insisted that they make it up to me.
In the end I got an exceptional looking shellac French manicure for no extra charge and I really appreciated the good service and great attitudes of all the ladies who served me. It was a great service for a very affordable price and I would definitely go back. The only improvement I would suggest would be a more relaxing ambience… they have the deluxe massage chairs but the lighting is really bright and fluorescent. Also, if they had large TV screens playing movies it would be a nice touch ;)

I have been here a few times and it’s always been a good experience. The staffs are so friendly and they always do good job. My experiences there so far will keep me coming back again and again.
