Very satisfied! This is my first time here as I just moved to the area. Great polish change. Nails look super. Would like more Colour variety in polish but found a nice one. Reasonable price.

I was just a walk-in for a pedicure and got super fast service! This salon was quaint. And clean. And very polite staff. Totally happy with the service I received today!

I have been going to Best Nails for over 2 years solid. However, I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years off and on before then. Terry is my regular nail tech, but I have had other techs within Best Nails on a few other occasions when he has been on holidays or too busy to take me. All I can say is that Terry is «The Bomb» and the others are extremely good too. I have always had great nails that last with no issues until I go back. I have acrylic nails and they are always perfect until the next visit, which sometimes has been up to two months! I have gone to other salons and my nails have broken, chipped and nail polish even coming off within a month. This salon is HANDSDOWN the best salon I have EVER been to and I highly suggest that ANYONE who wants a «PERFECT» job done and excellent service to go to them!

I always get great service at Best Nails. I go to Daisy and she is fast, efficient and my shellac manicures and pedicures always last a long time. My nails grow quickly so that determines when I need to go back. I never have a problem with shellac nails peeling off as I have had at other places. My nails look wonderful. I often phone for an appointment that day and manage to get one often at the last minute. I don’t go anywhere else now for my nails. Daisy is the technician to see. Friendly, reliable and super efficient. Well worth the visit. Close to home and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Honestly, i will never, ever go back here again. I had been here once before for a pedicure several years ago which was alright as I remember it, but my experience here for an acrylic set was just terrible. I have had many a nail set put on in my life, and never ever has someone made me bleed. However, here I was not only scolded for showing up without an appointment(which I usually do not go to this salon so I just decided to stop in a see if I could have them done as it was my day off and I’m in the market for a new nail salon) but my nails and fingers actually hurt from the excessive filing, tugging and drilling that they did, which I have never had before. They filed them down so much into my nail bed that when they put the acrylic on it actually felt like it was burning my fingers, and when they told me to go wash my hands I noticed that the drill had cut me in two places on one of my fingers and I was bleeding! I was mortified! I also found it totally unprofessional that the person doing my nails left me 10 different times to help other customers and answer the phone. I work in the beauty industry and in my opinion you shouldn’t leave your client more than once if you can help it… what bothered me most about this though was that there were employees in the back of the salon not doing anything who could have been helping those customers and answering the phone, but instead my tech was the one doing everything… I felt second fiddle to customers who weren’t even in the salon, and that isn’t right. The cherry on top was when I left at the nail station for an excess of 15 minutes without anyone to check if my nails were dry or not. I had to actually ask if my nails were finished, and the person that did them never came out to see me again as they made me pay before my service was even over. I found the whole experience to be disappointing. My nails LOOK nice(except for the polish bubbles on my left thumb which really bothers me), but the pain of having them done, coupled with the fact that I wasn’t treated well as a customer made me never want to return again. The price might be right, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I regularly go here for my mani/pedi and have never had a problem. I’ve found that my manicure lasts about a week and my pedicure almost a month whereas everywhere else I’m fortunate if I can make it to day five for my mani and two weeks for my pedi. The service is always good and they seem to have a loyal, regular clientele, including me!

Went in after 2 of my nails broke from another place. The nails look beautiful, the service was great and they even entertained the baby I had with me. They’re friendly and talented. I would definitely recommend.

I received poor pedi and manicures here. My french manicure chipped on day two. My pedicure polish was applied with one coat and didn’t smoothly cover my nails. I still went back as it was cheap and super close to home. I just started applying my own top coat at home. The final straw was that they did not apply the gel tops correctly — the dryer went off too early. Get this — the lady started giving me the gears for not telling her the machine shut off too early? I told her she set the machine so I thought she knew best. I didn’t realize what kind of problems it would cause until I returned for another manicure. They had to drill/chisel the gel tops off. It caused cuts and ridges in the nails. Now I have to wait until the nails grow out to have them look smooth on the top. That was weeks ago. The best part was they didn’t greet me as a returning customer as they always do when I came in the final time. I thought that was weird. Then when I got the bill I saw they charged me extra for the extensive work they had to do to remove the gel tops that they did wrong in the first place! Guess they wanted to pretend that the screw up wasn’t theirs so they could charge me for the correction.
