Even though we didn’t get a chance to buy anything tonight due to it being almost midnight we did enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Sound of crickets, nice breeze, etc.
Thanks to Starbucks for the relaxed setting and comfortable chairs for our night time stroll!
Update; we came here during the day and we’re quite happy with the coffee and service!

I am a starbucks guru! Always there! I have gold until 2016! I am there daily! This place has just let me down!
They get my drink order wrong every single time. The drive through is horribly slow! I ordered a simple tea /​no water /​no sugar /​no light ice. It took 15 mins at the drive thru window!
I rather go to the one at trainyards!

I tend to be someone who prefers to shop at places that portray an array of positive/​healthy energy simply because I like to live a happily balanced lifestyle and with that being said; it’s probably one of the nicest places to have a coffee, tea, or cool drink in the entirety of Overbrook if you were to compare it to other coffee locations or stores in the area.
The environment certainly provides a sense of comfortableness when you enter. It has a quiet little outdoor patio, a drive-​thru, free wifi, and a fairly large parking lot shared with BestBuy. I would likely consider the baristas at this location as some of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met whom have served me at any Starbucks, always pleasant conversations.

This is 1 of 3 Starbucks locations in Ottawa that I know of that has a drive-​thru, which is a plus. Also, this is pretty much the only café in all of Overbrook without going to St Laurent mall that I know of.
The inside is pretty nice, much nicer than the Starbuckses downtown for sure.
It has outdoor seating area as well, better than any other Starbucks I have come across in the city.
The food is mediocre and overloaded with sugar. Like, eating a box of Klondike Bars has less sugar than the Frappuccinos, but this is true of all Starbuckses so I cannot hold it against this one location.
If Starbucks in general made less disgusting products I would probably come here more often, but I usually only come when I’m roaming in Overbrook and really have to pee and can’t make it to St Laurent mall without wetting myself.

I love Starbucks and I go there frequently for my caffeine fix. This location is pretty close to me and it has a drive thru which is a bonus, especially in the cold! The staff are usually pretty nice. My only complaint is that every time I come here, they get my coffee wrong. Every. Single. Time. Usually the mistakes are little things that don’t really impact me in any way, but the last two times they used whole milk in my drinks when I have specifically asked for soy milk as I am lactose intolerant. However, both times this has happened I have told them and they made me a new coffee right away.

Good, fast service. This place is a quite small and seems quite dark and not really welcoming. Staff is friendly and coffee always good. They have drive thru which is awesome.
