The best flatbread pizzas in the area. Went in for a quick snack one afternoon and have made several return trips! The Carbonera and Pesto pizzas are both at the top of the list as go-to’s.

Their fresh thin crust pizzas are awesome! We ordered pepperoni and Bella prosciutto. The size is good enough for a meal and wont cause you to feel guilty. The taste is salty than I expected, but still delicious. More importantly, the atmosphere is great! Feel really casual and energetic:) great place for friends to get together.

I like pizza but it’s never my number 1 choice when heading out for dinner. I was with a friend one night and we were in a bit of a hurry, we ended up randomly popping into Fiazza. It did not disappoint!!! The personal pan pizza I had was so delicious and filling that I had leftovers to take home which I definitely enjoyed the next morning for breakfast! The pizza is quite affordable too and the service was awesome. It’s also pretty neat to watch your pizza get made and thrown in the oven. I will be back!

Cooked right in front if you. Quite awesome. Slightly pricey if u compare the size of the pizzas. Overall, not bad. I’d come back :)

My new favourite pizza joint in town! Fresh thin crust pizzas done perfectly and fast. Best pizza in town and rivals the best I ever had in Italy! Casual and friendly atmosphere. Love that they are supporting local food and local brew. Patio looks great but a bit too cold in the middle of October to be hanging out there. Plenty of seating inside with a great vibe.

The pizzas really tasted fresh and cooked just right. You can really taste the difference between their lighter, thiner pizzas and your usual greasy one. My friend and I shared the Carnivore and the Magic Mushroom pizza and I am fairly sure we made good choices. The Mushroom pizza was rich and fragrant, without being too heavy. Even though there was absolutely no meat, we both agreed it was a lot more balanced than the Carnivore, which was a bit too salty. The prices are reasonable and the outside patio is nice. Would visit again.

This place was super awesome! I had the Magik Mushroom pizza and added roasted garlic to it. It was delicious! They’re also gluten free! :) One complaint: they don’t wear gloves when making your pizza and the guy was handling prosciutto before making my vegetarian pizza and that ticked me off… He had already started making the pizza so I felt bad and didn’t ask him to wash his hands.

Excellent pizza! I built my own with a great selection of toppings. There are a ton of places to eat in this area and this is definitely one that you should check out.

Tasty pizza! The pizza dough was perfect, you can get creative too with the ingredients and it’s price point is very good. Staff was friendly and they had Stella Luna for gelato as dessert! Only negative point. Chicken was very dry, I would wait longer for it to be cooked on the spot. I’m big on fresh ingredients though.

Excellent pizza, even when delivered. Delivery was quick and easy. They did mess up slightly by forgetting one of the toppings on 2 of 4 pizzas(online order), but they were very apologetic and made up for their error.

The wood fired pizza is great. I had the meat one and the sausage was especially tasty. There is a lot of seating and the patio is quite nice. Staff was super friendly. The pizza also comes out really fast, not much of a wait for it to be ready at all. If you’re looking for a pizza that won’t make you feel like you’re with child this is it.

Excellent pizza. The crust is crispy and light, nice and thin. I had the feature pizza, «Snake Oil.» Ham, green onion, sriracha, honey. I added fresh basil as well. Really tasty. Pizzas are definitely intended for one person, though on the bigger side and lighter eaters will probably only want 75% of their pizza. Good value, too, as the pizzas are all around $ 10 – 12. The house white or red is a nice addition for $ 5-something a glass. Service was friendly and competent, both employees were polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual lunch.

This pizza is to die for! Seriously I’ve never had such an amazing pizza in my life. If I was on death row and had to choose my last meal, I would be inclined to choose the meat supreme pizza that I had at Fiazza. You can make your own pizza but I choose one of their chooses on their menu. This is a gem of a place. I’ve never heard of it and I would probably pass this if I was walking by but I’m glad I came here. When I googled best pizza in the downtown market they came as the fifth choose. Check out their website.
The pizza is was thin crust and with the perfect amount of toppings and cheese. Check out my picture

Pizza is one of my favourite things in the world. Not even on of my favourite foods, but favourite THINGS. Cheesy, saucy yummy goodness, that can make me forget all about taxes or heartbreak, or the season finale of Suits. It makes me feel all happy inside. Bad pizza is still good pizza to me(I will never turn down Dominos or Pizza Pizza), but good pizza? That’s something I cherish. Like a good friend. Fiazza could be my new good friend. I love the atmosphere so much — a huge space with big tables and an ordering system like many in the States — order at the counter and bring to your table(I think they will also bring to your table if you have a group of people). The décor is casual, but fun and I love the fact that you watch your pizza be made and thrown into the woof fired oven! Each pizza only takes about 5 minutes and they are the perfect size. I went with the Magik Mushroom which was incredibly flavourful with truffle oil and garlic. The crust was perfect. Easily the best crust in Ottawa. Thin, but chewy. Fantastic! I loved it. We also sampled a garlic dip which was amazing. For dessert I tried the lemon ginger whoopsie pie, which I really enjoyed(I believe they are from Strawberry Blonde Bakery). I don’t normally love lemon, but ginger is one of my faves and j really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, particularly our cashier and Marty. I found the prices reasonable for the quality of food as well. They also carry my favourite drinks — flavoured San Pellegrino and Harvey and Vern’s soda. If I could give them 4.5, I totally would. This place is close to perfection. A few more beer and wine options(they only had one red which wasn’t very good), and I am all about giving them the fifth! I can’t wait to head back!

A friendly, pleasant setting for a fresh and tasty oven baked pizza. The pizzas are all individual sizes and comes in a choice of store preset combinations or build your own at a decent price(around the $ 9 – 12 range). I have had the owner’s(Luigi) pizzas at his previous restaurant and loved them and was not disappointed. There are soups and salads on the menu. The soup comes from Les Fougères, a great restaurant in Chelsea, Québec. Two Kichessipi beers and wines are on tap. Harvey and Vern’s soft drinks are sold here too. The setting is casual. You walk up to the counter, order and pay. When it is ready, they bring the food to the table. Definitely a chill place with great quality food and drinks at a decent price to check out or to hang out if you are in the market.

I was here recently with some fellow Unilocalers :) There were nine of us and I’m pretty sure everyone thoroughly enjoyed their pizzas. I loved my pizza. I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza($ 9.95) which had BBQ chicken breast, roasted onions, and real bacon bits. The crust is really thin(the way I love pizza crust) and the amount of toppings was perfect(not too skimpy but not too overloaded). The sauce on my pizza was a mix of regular tomato sauce with BBQ sauce which was perfect. Some places that make BBQ Chicken pizza use straight up BBQ sauce which I think it too potent. The bacon bits were so smokey and delicious! The chicken breast was tender and fully of roasted flavour. I also shared a Caprese Salad with my husband($ 6.99 for a large, $ 3.99 for a small). The salad was arugula, cherry tomatoes, and goat cheese with an orange basil dressing. The taste combination was great and the ingredients were very fresh, but I didn’t like the salad because there was way too much olive oil all over the salad. The salad was swimming in oil. The dressing needs more orange basil and less olive oil. Boo to oil slicks in my mouth! My husband created his own pizza because there was no Hawaiian pizza on the menu and his favourite pizza is Hawaiian. If you make your own pizza, the basic is $ 6.95(you choose your sauce and cheese) then it’s $ 1.25-$ 2.25 per topping depending on the topping. He chose the basic red San Marzano sauce, Fiazza Cheese Blend, pineapple, ham and bacon. He loved his pizza. I had a taste of it and it was fantastic. The ham and bacon had a strong smokey flavour which went so well with the sweetness of the pineapple. I also got to eat a slice of Andrea B’s pizza(thanks Andrea!) the Magik Mushroom($ 10.95) which was the basic red sauce, Fiazza cheese blend, organic mushrooms, parmesan, and truffle oil. It was delicious but very garlicky and a bit too oily. Many of their ingredients are local and/or organic. They make the pizzas right there in front of you and you can watch it in the oven. Really cool. They have beer on tap from Kichesippi, house wine, Harvey and Vern’s Sodas(made by the folks at Kichesippi), San Pellegrino Sodas, and fountain drinks. They only had 2 different things for dessert that night. Brownies made by Bread and Sons Bakery($ 2.95) and vegan, gluten-free, nut-free Ginger Cookies made by Strawberry Blonde Bakery($ 3.95). The brownie was unremarkable and over-priced in my opinion. The Ginger Cookie was a cross between an Oreo and a Whoopie Pie. Too hard to be a true Whoopie Pie, but too soft to be an Oreo-like cookie. It had a nice ginger kick and the cream in between the two cookies was sweet and rich. However, it was not that large and also over-priced in my opinion. I think Fiazza would be better off making their own dessert pizzas instead of out-sourcing their desserts. Hello, Caramel Apple Cinnamon Pizza, anyone? The place is very clean(including the washrooms). The décor is «minimalist», but I like it. The servers are really friendly and good at what they do. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Ottawa. I will definitely be back :)
