Okay how hard is it to make nachos and not burn more than 4 mm on the edges? I told the lady of the burns which were a lot and she gave me a look like I was crazy. I am sure there was an eye roll in there somewhere when she walked back to the kitchen. Other than that nachos were good, they came out in a timely manner and they were good about replacing my plate. The attitude could’ve and should’ve been a bit better.

Good food and friendly staff. Perhaps a bit slow to serve at times but overall enjoyed the place.

They keep getting rid of the things I really love and now there aren’t that much things I like from there anymore. No more potato skin, no more sticky pudding, no more good lasagna and so on. They’re expensive and the food isn’t that amazing. It’s a very nice place to eat in and got very nice service. Servers are usually quite friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing special.

Friendly, polite staff. Great location. Great atmosphere. Unfortunately for a place called Boston PIZZA, I find their pizzas to be pretty terrible. The pizza sauce was so overwhelmingly sweet. The crust was too chewy and limp. The drinks were extremely watered down. And my kale salad was pretty overwhelmed by dressing. Pretty disappointing dinner even though the atmosphere was great for watching soccer.

Bring your wallet, and some walking shoes. Good location, great selection of pizza and pastas… But the salads are expensive! Get a Kale salad with salmon add-on and you’re at $ 20+!!! The staff here are friendly, and the place is clean. The building is a relatively new one, and there’s a big Save On Foods in the same complex so there is plenty of reason to visit this mall. Parking is ample. You won’t have any problem — although you may have to compete with Oxygen Yoga and a few other high traffic businesses. One big issue — accessibility! There are NO handicap parking spots in the immediate vicinity of the front entrance. Actually I have no idea where they are. This is a big negative, especially for seniors and those with accessibility issues. They have a party room — great for 30+ people. Good for birthdays and work lunch events. Doesn’t cost any extra and its reservable. Parents with little ones will have to fight over the single change table, shared with the handicap restroom. There are no change tables in either the dedicated men’s or women’s restrooms. This place has enough TVs for a decent UFC night with your friends. The price could be justified a little easier if we came on a fight night, as you would pay a lot more at home, and watching at a bar is not possible with kids. A good place for good food, but a meal costs a little more than it should — and accessibility issues make this a 3-star review.

Great pizza, better than ur average this is a fact, however its not cheap and if u want delivery add on a min 20 dollar order and a five dollar delivery charge… so if u want a pizza and drink dig out 40 bucks!!!

I was astounded that the ‘special price’ on the pizzas was only for those who eat in the restaurant, but as my husband was not well decided that I would pay the $ 30 for the large vegetarian pizza. The day had been stressful enough already… then I took a bite out of the pizza and found it to be lukewarm. I am about 3 min from the restaurant and also had the kitchen put the pizza into an insulated Costco bag… None of my efforts made any difference. I am wondering now if it is all the cold uncooked vegetables that they put on top that is the issue. It is like eating a salad on top of a cold grilled cheese sandwich. Never again… This pizza was a giant waste of money. What was I thinking…

Ok we gave BP another chance and I was happily surprised at how fast the delivery was and the food was hot and very tasty !

Nice location and people, which sadly do not make up for the food. Everything we had was either poorly flavoured or cooked at a weird temperature. I loved the atmosphere and sporty feel this place has, but the food has a lot of room for improvement.

Good location considering not much in this area that’s a chain brand to trust. A tad smaller than the rest but do-able. every now and then during rush hour, and esp. when there’s a hockey game on TV, i like to enjoy their awesome breaded wings while the Queensborough traffic dreads on for an hour or so. free parking.

A great place to take kids for dinner. The kids menu has large colour photos(for the preschoolers who can’t read yet.) Each child gets a small pizza box of activities(card game, crayons, activity mat) when they arrive and a prize from the treasure chest as they leave. The kids’ meals are fun takes on standard stuff(eg: bugs and cheese instead of Mac and cheese). My kids love going there. But, it’s not a «kid restaurant», which means I get to enjoy my night too. Great food selection and its cooked well. Service is fine.(Not fantastic, but nothing to complain about). One star lost due to the prices, which are high for the quality. Also, there was a disastrous attempt to get delivery one day that put me off of ever trying to get delivery again. Strictly a dine-in option for us.

OK, so up until Valentine’s Day was very happy with Boston Pizza, this location in particular. Unfortunately that night I was well and truly put off. I felt sorry for the waitress as she was the highlight of the evening. I am on a diet and asked to have half of my meal packed away as soon as it was done. They wouldn’t do it, although there has NEVEREVER been an issue before. I didn’t realize separating pasta was such a hard job. Next time, if there is a next time to be honest, I will just as for the to go boxes and separate it myself right in front of everyone. The next issue was that my order came out completely wrong. I am so disappointed that I don’t know that I will be returning. There were a few other things but being as it was a month ago I can’t remember all of the things that ticked me off about that night. Needless to say I was ready to walk out and not go back that night!

Every first wednesday of every month our Rally car drivers are here to talk about upcoming events and awsome rally cars and drivers. So it is known that we do frequent this place enough to know what to expect. As for a comparison of this place and other BP’s throughout the mainland? This is one of the better ones. Much better than the one on No 3 road in Richmond by far and a convenient neutral location for our meetings. I really like the menu items at BP(Boston Pizza). They have a healthy menu selection which caters to people who want to eat less of those junky carbs and sugars and more whole grains and greens. Great salad selection, Veggie pizza’s and whole grain pastas and pizza crusts. basically, if you ask for it, they can pretty much accomadate your dietary needs. The menu is expansive enough to fit everyone’s foodie desires. Got cravings for sweet stuff? There’s desert too and drinks. Like beer? They have a cold one just waiting for you. Great with Pizza. An old friend of mine once worked here. I heard that in the old days it was pretty good too. It still is! It is a bit pricey so I can’t give it the stars that it deserves. At another BP I went to, the bill for Grandma and I was almost $ 100!!! So if you are on a budget, don’t splurge and let your eyes speak for your stomach and wallet. Hot wings, average $ 9.75 DA Stomboli good $ 10.79 Coffee, average $ 2.49

Horrible. Such bad service. They actually told our group that we coudl go eat elsewhere when we complained. We did — we got up and left and they laughed, I send in a complaint and they they took 2 weeks to respond. I called and they did nothing about it!

I have enjoyed Boston Pizza in the past, although they do tend to run on the expensive side for what I would term an «average» meal. Be that as it may, last night being Friday I thought I would treat the family to a delivery from BP in New Westminster. First time ever ordering in from BP(have always eaten at the restaurant itself, although not in New Westminster), and the fact that a menu had arrived through our door was more than serendipitous. We made our choices and placed the order over the Net(very convenient), although after I had submitted the order I paused to reflect on the extremely high price. I managed to assauge my financial conscience by reassuring myself and my husband that it was a «treat». This seemed to lessen the pain of purchasing a very expensive meal at a pizza joint. The order arrived within the allotted time(40 minutes) and we opened the containers with gusto. First disappointment: the food was not hot. It was, in fact, barely room temperature. Second concern: except for son’s burger, the other items did not even resemble what we thought we had ordered. A nice bonus for first-time customers is the addition of some free Bandera bread. Third set-back: this bread was too salty to eat! It was actually unpalatable. We each had taken a slice and immediately threw it in the garbage. On to the meal… son reported his burger as being«good» but I noticed he had thrown more than half of it in the garbage. Our meals: fourth major disappointment. Suffice it to say, both of our meals were the worst ever take-out food we have had(and we have had many take-out meals over the decades). I truly mean, absolute worst. My order was cold(tasted like it had been taken out of a freezer and microwaved, but the centre was cold), and my husband’s meal was so spicy(and he loves spicy food) that it, too, went the way of the rest of the order. He said all he could taste was tabasco sauce. Ugh. We did call the restaurant to let them know that the food was really terrible, and the manager very kindly offered us a credit; however, this is a mixed blessing, as I truly believe we will never order from Boston Pizza again, it was just that awful. In summary: The food was unpalatable and extremely expensive. The addition of two desserts really beefed up the total cost of the meal as well, and they, too, sadly were not enjoyed. Would most definitely NOT recommend this restaurant.
