Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! I’ve attended Bread & Brioche and Meringues classes, and I’ve already signed up for a third. I’ve been to several other cooking schools in Montréal, and this is the first where I’ve gone home and tested my new skills on my friends and family. Simply put: the recipes are simple and delicious. As we were going along I felt that Jessica provided a bunch of little tips, tricks and explanations that stuck with me when I was at home replicating what I had learned. In addition, she comes up with simple rustic recipes and lets you know where to stock up on the required baking supplies. We went away with enough knowledge to replicate the recipes at home. The class is very hands-on, interactive and nobody gets left out. Jessica is a great teacher, who is passionate about what she does. Most importantly, it is a relaxed and friendly environment; I went alone both times and immediately felt at ease. A must try!
