Just found this place recently. We had been once when it was Ken’s, but it smelled so bad that we turned around and left without ordering. This is a small place — perhaps eight tables of four. Not much to the décor and no ambient music, so it can be oddly quiet. We ordered dim sum plus the General Tao chicken($ 9.50) off the main menu. That was surprisingly good — a gingery sauce with a slight bit of tang. We also had the shrimp spring rolls, sesame paste balls, steamed BBQ pork buns and the sticky rice. The preprinted dim sum menu(no carts — no room for them!) featured standard dim sum fare. No problems with the service. The main menu also lists Thai and Japanese dishes. I would go back to try them. Appetizers start at $ 1.09 for a spring roll(why $ 1.09, I don’t know) up to $ 8.95 for BBQ spareribs. The most expensive item on the menu is the Seafood Club(no idea what it is, but it contains lobster) for($ 14.95). I was glad to see that the only shark fin item was crossed off the dim sum menu — I try not to frequent places that offer shark fin of any kind. Nothing revolutionary here, but the few dishes that we tried have tempted us to return. The people at the table next to us saw our General Tao chicken and asked what it was because it looked so tasty. Good sign!
