Absolutely horrible service, been here two times and service has always been slow and we kept having to remind the waitresses to bring things, despite the restaurant not being busy. Second time we had ayce, and when we asked for a grill change, they refused to give us one claiming that they had no more. Our grill was very charred at the bottom, yet the waitress stated that we should just keep on using it. This was at around 8pm on a weekend with only 2 other tables occupied. Does this mean they would turn away anyone else who walks in(at 8pm, not close to closing at all) because they have no more grills? Never in my life have I been denied a grill change at a kbbq restaurant and would definitely not recommend this place.

If you’re expecting a typical, traditional Korean BBQ, you may be disappointed. I don’t even think it’s owned by a korean?). You can order up to four times, and they charge for lettuce wraps –who does that. But it’ll be a decent first time experience if you’ve never had Korean BBQ before.

The meat is well marinated. The spicy pork and chicken weren’t that spicy, at least for me. There’s not much vegetable choices. The location is pretty shady but when you go in it looks a lot better. I’ve been to few kbbq restaurants and by far has the best beef. The staff were really kind, just a few waiters at the time I was there. They have an all you can eat menu and regular lunch/dinner menu. I hope next time I’ll try their dishes and entrees.

Tried all of the meat and all of it was good not as spicy as I thought it was going to be A bit lacking on the vegetable choice for the all you can eat but the meat made up for that The highlight was the marinated beef and the salmon beef was so tender and flavorful and the salmon was just really good quality Like everyone else says the service was fantastic And very comfortable booths seating like cushy cushy comfy Everything came out promptly on nice little dishes The place is small quiet and spotless The only reason I didn’t give a five star is I could’ve used some green pepper and a little bit more vegetable choice but once again the meat made up for that

This was my second time having Korean bbq, and the second restaurant I’ve been to. Don’t let the shady exterior and plaza that it’s in fool you. Inside is a small, but nicely decorated restaurant. They have a large selection, attentive staff, and I personally love their incentive to charge you for any wasted food. Im sure it’s stopped a lot of people from being overly gluttonous and ordering way too much food. If you’re gonna go, go for lunch. Its cheaper and you get the same selection as dinner. Definitely would recommend, and you’ll see me there again!

This was my first time eating Korean BBQ and I went with my parents who are not the best with trying new things especially my dad. The server was very helpful and explained the whole menu and how you can cook the meat yourself or get it cooked for you. She also recommended cooking the need and chicken separately. The food was very delicious and it didn’t take a long time to cook the meat. I would definitely go back again and go for all you can eat but the lunch menu as it’s cheaper. This was recommended to me by a friend and it for sure lives up to the hype!

Probably one of the few, if not only Korean BBQ restaurant in London. Its a small place with mostly booth style seats, but otherwise looked clean and modernly designed. We had the all you can eat menu and ordered all the meats including beef, chicken, pork, ribs and even squid. The meat was fresh and the chicken which comes pre-seasoned tasted great. There are also non-meat items such as pineapple, mushrooms and onions. It came with 3 different sauces which was a nice option. Service was good and the only con I found was the quality of the side dishes. The kimchi flavor was off and a bit too sour. The fried tofu was also bland. Overall food was still great, I would come back if I wanted some cook-it-yourself BBQ.

I was so impressed by the service at this restaurant. My friends and I debated for a long time between going here or to the barbecue place next door, and I’m so glad we choose Gangnam Style. I have a gluten allergy, which meant that I couldn’t eat most of the meat on the all-you-can-eat menu. Our server was very knowledgable and suggested we try the skillet combos instead, some of which could be prepared without soy sauce(which contains gluten). We still wanted to be able to grill vegetables, however, so he threw in some extra onions and mushrooms on the side. He brought us extra pickled radish and was very attentive, helping us cook our food and adjusting the flame under the grill to match our eating. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in London! I will be returning and I will be recommending to others.

Reasonably priced ayce Korean BBQ. Food was good, lots of choices. A couple of issues … You can’t adjust your own temp. Waiter started dumping our food on the grill for us, asked him to stop so that we could do it ourselves(that’s half the fun!!) and felt completely dehydrated from the high amounts of sodium(msg?) in the food the next day.

This is the first Korean BBQ that I’ve been to, and also the first in London that I’ve seen, so it was quite the experience going. I have to say that I did have fun grilling my own food and the meat was quite delicious, and the wait staff were quite friendly. However, I definitely found it to be expensive and you don’t really get much for what you pay for. For example, $ 8 chapjae appetizer netted a portion that is the size of a typical Korean side dish in another restaurant. The décor and ambiance was nice and modern and I had fun, but the price is making me hesitate from visiting again.

This is your typical Korean BBQ place, which you would find crawling on every block in Asian neighbourhoods in Toronto. The food is okay and the quality is better than most all you can eat BBQs in Toronto. Plus, it is probably the first Korean BBQ place in the area so I’ll give it a 4. However, for those who have had Korean BBQ in Toronto, the price of around $ 50 for about 4 small dishes of average quality meats, side dishes(usually free at all korean restaurant), and korean melona popsicles(which you can buy for $ 5/box of 8 at the Chinese supermarket beside here), is too much. For those of you who can go to Toronto regularly, then this place wouldn’t stand out. But those who can’t, Gangnam style bbq is an ok substitute to fill you korean bbq cravings.

This restaurant, only open about two weeks, will be sure to delight any fan of Korean food. We’ve only been once so our review is restricted to the one meal we enjoyed, but it is the signature dish, the Gangam Style Korean BBQ. We really enjoye the sauces that accompanied the four differernt meats with our BBQ for two, cooked on our own grill, right at our table. London was missing this fabulous style of eating. The ambiance and décor was also more upscale than most Korean restaurants around town. We are left excited to return for to sample some lunch favourites and a few other dinner items. A special mention must go out to all the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were content. Service and satisfaction clear priorities. The staff were so sincere in their hope that we enjoyed our meal. You have to check this place out!
