Best shawarma I have found in the west end of Ottawa. Always friendly and if your like me and like ketchup on your garlic potatoes they have a secret stash under the counter!

Shawarma Prince is a local chain and while they’re not the best shawarma in town, they’re better than most… At least this location is. Decent food, friendly service, clean location.
Price is a bit higher than the downtown shawarma sites but what’s an extra dollar or two?

My wife and I have tried a number of Shawarma places in Ottawa (including the one just down the road near Lowes) and this place is our favorite. I have also been fortunate enough to travel for work to the Middle East and try very good shawarma in Turkey, Qatar, Kuwait, Dubai and Abu Dhabi and I must say that this particular location is on par in terms of taste and food quality. Chicken is almost never dry, veggies are fresh, tabouleh and fatoush salads are well made, hummus and both garlic and spicy garlic sauces are awesome.
It always comes down to ones taste but if you want to try something close to the real thing — this is the place!

This shwarama location is one of the better ones in Ottawa but not my favorite. I have eaten here a few times and stop by when I am in the area and am craving a shwarama. The meat tastes fine and the vegetables are OK.
Overall there is nothing wrong with the food, but it is just doesn’t stand out compared to other shwarama locations in Ottawa.

This place for me is as good as it gets for shawarmas. I have had other shawarmas from other places that have not been as good or had the garlic potatoes either. The price is great and the food is greater. Most would not assume this from a hole in the wall across from starbucks but it is true.

I’ve only had the falafel wraps, but they’re really good. The prices are very reasonable too. The people are also very friendly.

This is one of the better schwarma places in Ottawa. The meat is tender, the ingredients are fresh and the wrap is soft. Most of all you get a warm shwarma.
$ 13.xx will get you a large schwarma, a side (salad, garlic potatoes) and a canned drink. This is more food then one can reasonably eat in one sitting. I finished it but let’s just say I had a slow afternoon. You can opt for just a small shwarma which would make a nice lunch and cost less.
If you’re in kanata and in the mood for shwarma, definitely go here.

Good selection of dishes. From light lunch to family size. Everything looked fresh and my pita was very fresh. Large Chicken Shawarma, garlic potatoes and canned drink all good.
A good sized lunch time crowd too. Always a good sign.
