I rented a 10X10 locker but when we arrived the last one available was broken. They gave us a 10X15 and one free month to offset the higher price. Great! Two days later I get an email saying I hadn’t paid and they were going to put a lien on my son’s furniture. I’ve called every day only to be told the manager would call back. As of 14÷5÷27 he hasn’t called back and I received my final notice today. And head office says it is a local matter and won’t help. U-haul lies, is unresponsive, go elsewhere.
