After moving to the Stoney Creek area we found this restaurant quite by mistake; and we’re glad we did.
We have had 3 dinners here in a week pending renovations to our home.
Sirloin steak was perfectly cooked, mashed were unbelievably smooth, curry was what should be expected from a pub curry dish — well flavoured.
All in all, food is always hot and well served. An excellent spot for great food and awesome service.

Didn’t know what to expect, It was an English/​Irish pub.
I took a few minutes to get a server, but, got our beers and where ready to order. I had the chef’s soup, spicy chicken. Which was served with toasted bread. I really enjoyed it.
They have some kind of free tasting on Friday’s it was pretty good and hit the spot. I don’t know what it was, some kind of biscuit with ham and horseradish on top.
I enjoyed the brisket sandwich with fries. Not American brisket, but Canadian brisket think slices of ham with bar-​Que sauce and fried onions and toasted bun. Very good.
Service was good and polite. Would I go back, YES!

Pretty well «no surprises». Good quality pub food. Pleasant atmosphere. 60’s to 90’s music. …and of course… The brilliant «yorkie» on the menu! Worth dropping by just for that.
