WATCH IT!

Really great staff. They are helpful, polite, and funny. From now on, we will be purchasing our watches from this location.
I had an issue with another store in the city, and these guys fixed my watch, and apologized for another managers attitude.

I’ve been here on several occasions, either to purchase a new watch or replace the batteries in existing watches.
The staff here are attentive and pretty knowledgeable. When they were unable to repair one of my watches, they told me I would find what I needed at a competitor, which I thought was really great.
I purchased a beautiful Diesel watch there a few weeks ago, and the young lady would looked after me was very helpful. She made suggestions about which type of watch looked good on me, she made sure I knew how to set the time and date and such, and she sent me on my way.
Watch it staff at City Centre are great, and the products they sell are also of a particularly high quality (with lots of different brand selection too).

I walked in expecting to only see watches, but they also have glasses as well! A nice touch but I’m usually here just to look at their watches. They carry a lot of brand-​name watches, from the high end to the low end of the price scale. It’s a bit odd to find some of these watches together (like Citizen and Fossil). They have something for every occasion, from sporty to formal.
The sales people here are friendly and eager to help… but perhaps a bit too eager. Whenever I ask about the prices for their watches, I get the sense that they always expect me to buy it. It’s nice that they let me try on the watch and pick out similar styles, but a bit unnecessary.
I also had a problem with ordering one of their watches. It was out of stock and they told me they would phone me when they got their new shipment in in about a week. 2 weeks go by and when I stopped by the store to check, they told me that they had just sold out of the watch from their new shipment. Also be aware than when you do return your watch, even if you have the receipt, you’ll only be getting in-​store credit.
