Best experience with an optometrist yet!
Dr. Patel was very pleasant and thorough with his examination. He was able to resolve my issue with dry eyes which had been a persisting issue despite visiting several other clinics prior to this one. He was also able to recommend some non-​medicinal vitamins that have also remedied my issue.
I was also really happy with my new contact lenses he had suggested as they are much more comfortable than the previous 3 series I was given before.
The front of house staff was also able to give me some quick recommendations for glasses frames which made the selection process a lot less tedious and more economical for my wallet.
Don’t let 107 ave deter you; I have made Dr. Patel my permanent choice for my eyecare needs!

My first visit. Good service and Dr. Patel cares to answer your questions even though today he seemed to be so busy and I felt that I was keeping him from his other paitents or a more important job! I had an uncomfortable feeling that he was in a rush, but very polite. So if you need someone to explain everything and answer all your questions and take time with you, this place is not probably for you.

It’s unfortunate that Dr Patel who was excellent has staff who just don’t care. I went to pick up my new lenses today and after taking the payment for the balance and removing the markings on the frames the young lady couldn’t get me out of there fast enough, not even offering to fit my glasses after they had moved my nose pieces.
Just disappointing.

I enjoyed my visit at the Alberta Eye Health Clinic. Dr. Patel was very attentive and listened to my concerns, especially about contact lens. The staff is very friendly and the prices for contacts, lenses and appointments are great and very reasonable. I have recommended this place to my friends and they have also had enjoyable visits.
