U-Haul Moving & Storage at 218th St

I would give a minus 5 stars if I could. I got some u-​boxes because I was moving back east. I would never ever recommend or deal with this u-​haul again. First box I got was literally falling apart and had holes in it. First of all the boxes from here do not come with the orange covering. When I took my first box back the second was suppose to be ready for me, I got there and it wasn’t so I asked if they could load it and they couldn’t because the store manger was not there and she is the only one that could operate the forklift, just a side note the manager there is as smart as a post and should not be in a manager position. Then when I asked how they keep the boxes from weather, she responded why is it going to rain. I was thinking to myself you gave me a box that was falling apart and has holes in it and I want my stuff to stay dry. I don’t care if it rains or not I want it protected from the weather. And that was the manger who said that, she’s a smart one. Anyways finally got all the boxes back and paperwork signed and the boxes were to be shipped out on Saturday October 17. We leave Alberta and drive across Canada to back east and get back on the 23. We receive a phone call from the manager about a credit card for billing. We had already gave a valid credit card before we left, she said she was having computer trouble and it was not letting you her make the payment. So after she called back 8 – 10 times needing the credit card we finally got it paid for. Then I asked what would be the delivery date and then I found out they were not even shipped yet, so already one week late. Last thing I will say is the trucking company that was shipping them went there 3 different times to pick up my boxes and each time he went he could not get the boxes because the fork lift operator was not there. They only have one forklift operator. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
