Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used this location on a number of occasions through insurance and for personal trips. Each time the service has been fantastic and there have been no issues with the vehicle’s condition or the returns.
There was one time when I booked an SUV and all they had to offer me was a Jeep Wrangler. Not exactly what I booked but in the end I was happy to have the 4×4 so it worked out.

Unbelievable customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. All other rental car companies should take note. Enterprise is really doing it right.

My all time favorite enterprise branch. I always go to their place. They are super professional. The associates try hard to please the customers. They try to make sure that I am pleased with the car I get.

I got arrange for a car rental through insurance. There was no SUV as I expected. I was on waiting list to swap out for SUV. They never called me to swap out although I knew there was SUVs available. I pretended to be a new customer and called them to confirm the SUVs availability. Lied to customers is not a good customer service.
I was greeted nicely at the pick up date. Manager called me couple hours later and said thank you for doing business with them. This is call «Bothering customer for no reason».
The car was not clean at all. Water residues are all over the car. I could not even see anything from outside mirrors. This is bad!
I forgot garage door remote control on the rental car. I called couples hours after I returned the car. They rented out the car and did not find the remote control. I came back the next day. Jessica promised she would call the customer who was renting the car and let me know if the remote control was there. She never called me back. Again, lieing is not a good customer service.
In general, I was lied by this place twice, twice I repeat. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had to take my car in for repairs, estimated at 5 days. Enterprise picked me up at the body shop, the young driver was super friendly. He’s study business in school and hopes to manage an Enterprise one day. When we arrived at Enterprise, everyone inside was extremely friendly. They were asking about my car, about how I feel (from the accident). The manager even shook my hand and thanked me for the business (I wasn’t even paying, the insurance company was). They had a mid-​size car ready and warm for me, they weren’t annoying when trying to sell their extra insurance. I had the car for 2 weeks because my repair took longer, and they were completely cool about it. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I’m docking a star though because they can really do a better job of cleaning the cars.

While my car was in for repairs, the auto body shop arranged for my rental. I was a bit apprehensive as I’ve dealt with Enterprise before — one shop was just OK and slower than hell while the other (99^th St) sucked! I didn’t have to pay for the rental and it’s who the auto body used, so I went with it. What a nice surprise! Everyone that I dealt with at this Enterprise location was great! From the guy that picked me up from the shop, to the person who did up my paperwork when I return the vehicle, to the driver who took me back to the shop — they all did an awesome job. I had no surprises on my paperwork. The vehicle was brand new and clean. The employee that checked me in made sure he was thorough and was focused on what I needed and not what was on his cell phone, or some other distraction (hint, hint 99^th St!!). It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location. If I HAD to complain about something, it would be the guy that met me as I entered the office. Every time I turned around he was in my face introducing himself and shaking my hand. After the 4^th time in 15 minutes, it was a bit unsettling and made me feel like he really wasn’t paying attention — just going through the motions. But hey, I’d rather be acknowledged four times than not at all. Good job, Enterprise!!!

I rented a car for a road trip after seeing positive reviews on Unilocal,and I must say that I agree with these reviews! Polite and prompt service with a well cleaned and maintained car really made my trip the extra bit nicer!

I’m not too experienced with renting a car so I called around and Enterprise Rent-​a-​car had the best customer service and fees. The next morning when I picked up the car I asked about the car’s leg room (I’m very tall) and before I knew what was happening the nice gentleman gave me a larger car with no additional fees. Within a surprisingly short time, I was on the road with a shiny 2013 Passat. When I returned the car, the office looked a bit dark, and it’s because they didn’t open for another ½ hour. I apologized but the women at the counter said not to worry as they take customers early all the time to accommodate people’s schedules.
Great service made for an enjoyable experience!

I have used this outlet a number of times but I find that cars are never properly cleaned. Other issue is that the model I request never seems to be available and I am often asked — would you like a SUV? would you like another model?
Recently I got an Impala but steering did not seem right and the car made a funny sound when started. I went back and got another car, a KIA — beautiful car but there was a cigarette hole in passenger seat.
Staff try to accommodate but in my opinion cars are whipped in and out so fast that proper cleaning of the glass does not happen and is easy to correct. Dirty glass smears can cause accidents if a driver is blinded by the sun while driving. Last car I had bug marks all over the front of the bonnet. Minor point perhaps, but they are easily removed with Bug and Tar remover. Cars are washed but are left to drip dry when a simple fix would be to dry them off with a chamois. Otherwise dust gets on the wet car.
When I returned a car, I brought my concerns to the attention of a senior agent as the front desk clerk asked me «Was everything OK?» When I brought up the points the senior person told me «There is no pleasing you.» I took that to mean they no longer wanted by business. I wished the other clerk a nice day and left. I will use another Enterprise outlet for now.
If others like this outlet they should continue using it. Not for me…

Very good service. Both the manager and all staff were accommodating, though the lineup did move a little slower than normal when we had to deal with pickup or return.
Our only complaint was with the office space. There were very strong smells both times we were there and they were clearly undergoing a very thorough renovation.

This is my 3^rd time using Enterprise. (First time at this location) And I must say I have to give them props. Every time they are friendly, fast, to the point, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and again very friendly! With not only in my opinion the cheapest rates, but the fact they they also take cash down payment, pick you up and drop you off. They are very accommodating. My go to rental place from now on.

Enterprise is AMA’s go-​to car rental place for insurance claims, and that’s how I ended up with one of their Nissan Versas for three weeks. The folks there were absolutely pleasant and handled all the back-​and-​forth with my adjustor so all I really had to do was wait for them to pick me up (!), sign a couple papers, and drive away. Even when my rental expired and I totally forgot to bring it back, it wasn’t an issue at all. They checked into whether my car was still being repaired, and finding it still in the shop, extended the rental automatically. In fact, they made things so straightforward I’ll probably go back to Enterprise next time I need a rental.

My friends and I had to rent a car this past weekend, and Enterprise had the best rate it seemed, so we went with them. Even though we were last minute, they still had a car for us, which was great. I would have preferred a smaller car instead of the minivan they gave us, but since we were last minute, it was slim pickings.
The folks at Enterprise were really great. It was a busy weekend for them, being Thanksgiving holiday, but they worked as quickly as they could to get us going. Registration was quick and we had the vehicle in no time.
They charge more for the larger vehicles, which is why I didn’t want such a big one. Depending on where you’re traveling, you get the choice between unlimited mileage or 250 km/​day, with a 15c charge per km after that. Because we were driving to BC, we opted for the unlimited, which worked out pretty good for us.
Their insurance policy is also convenient if you have an alternate driver. Normally it would all be under the primary driver’s insurance, but Enterprise covers you both, if you opt for that type of insurance (they offer three options).
Enterprise cleans the car for you once you return it, so you don’t need to worry about it being messy. Well, it has to be decent when it gets back; there can’t be huge blood stains or anything all over (what were YOU doing over the weekend??). So I can rest easy even though I accidentally spilled a bucket of popcorn under the seats (my guilt made me crawl underneath and pick up most of it).
If their office is closed before you manage to get back, you can just park the car in their lot and drop the keys into their drop-​box. I’d definitely go with them again if I needed to rent another vehicle.
