Fabulous Saturday brunch food! Took a little longer than I expected but so worth it! All fresh and very tasty! Truly the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever eaten. Homemade beans are not to be missed. Very friendly staff

Disappointing. Spent the meal watching my wife carefully pick out black olives from a chicken quesadilla after she had asked for the dish without them. I would have sent it back, but she’s nicer that I am. Arguably, we could have told the server, had she come back during the meal. There were only a half dozen in the place so I can’t write it off to a harried server during a rush. The place looks clean and cozy but you never get that second chance to make a first impression. Looks like a good spot for a beer, but we won’t be back there to eat again.

Very nice spot great staff and good food. Small and cozy best the Ceilidh. Trivia night is fun. I gave it 4 out of 5 star as it is rather small and when there’s live band it way noisy.

The hubby and I decided to try this place out as it was recommended to us by a friend. We went on a Friday night(before the entertainment started) and we were greeted and seated right away. Trying to get to our seats was a bit of an adventure. This is in no way a large establishment so the tables are small and the seats are close together. Needless to say you really get to know your neighbour. Ours even asked us to watch their drinks while they went for a smoke. The food was certainly worth the close quarters. We had spinach dip to start. It was hot and delicious when it arrived although the homemade chips were a bit soggy. They don’t use a deep fryer here(which is awesome) so adjust your expectations accordingly. My veggie wrap was stuffed to the brim and delicious. It was so big I had to bring half of it home(which is usually unheard of for me!) The roasted potatoes were good. Quite a bit of spice to them. Hubby got the burger(is anyone surprised?) And he devoured it. By the grunts and mumbles while he was inhaling it I would say that it was really good too. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the tight space. Our order was then in a timely manner and the food was served quickly. I will admit that the prices were a bit high for the location and food type(pub fare) so we probably won’t be back as often as we would like. I hope that doesn’t deter others away though. It ‘d be great to see this place succeed.

Food is excellent in all aspects. Taste, portion size, presentation and price. Servers are friendly and professional and the restaurant itself has a nice vibe and a cozy place to visit. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ceilidh’s is a hidden gem. All their food is fresh, from scratch, and delicious. I’ve had the seafood chowder(which comes with a warm homemade tea biscuit), the corned beef dinner, corned beef sandwich, and most importantly… The club! All were delicious. Ceilidh’s club boasts a homemade basil mayo that will blow your mind. The owner has been on site almost everytime we’ve been, which really seems to be paying off in terms of quality control. This would be a 5 star rating if not for the décor. The tables and chairs are pretty chintzy and the eye sore of the poorly done electrical work in plain view on the ceiling is a bit distracting! I’m sure as ceilidh’s gets a bit more established they’ll invest more in the ambience but for now it’s well worth a visit for the FOOD!

Cool little irish style pub(piano in the corner, celtic singers/talent, nice bar keepers and loveable regulars). Ordered a nacho burger which was delicious. The relaxing vibe is also really conducive to sampling the various draught beers on tap. I wish I could have stayed longer and will certainly be back.

This place has been occupied by so many different places. First it was a video rental store, then it split into two places. It’s been so many different bakeries and the newest renovation is Ceilidh’s Pub. I really — REALLY — wanted to love this place. the restaurant is footsteps away from my house, it boasts freshly made food from a chef and it looks so quaint. I traveled here quite excitedly the other day with the famjam. The space is quite small and sometimes they have live bands. It’s pretty cozy though. So I ordered Roasted Garlic Hummus & the Salmon. I’ve got to say, the hummus was rather tasteless and the Salmon was just. meh. THEVEGGIESWEREDE-LICIOUS. I tried some of the food my parents ordered and their food was pretty good. Let me tell ya, I’m a huge person on customer service. Honestly, if you’re food tastes great but you have lousy customer service, no stars for you. But the service is basically why I gave the place a higher rating! Everyone was friendly even with the busyness and bustling going around. I just can’t give it any higher because in my opinion, what I ordered, the food wasn’t that great. I’m up for round 2 though and editing my review with a, hopefully better, rating =)
