The Shoe Company

I think that Shoe Company has some of the best customer service in retail today. The staff at Shoe Company go out of their way to help you find what you need and if they don’t have it, they will find it at another store. I experienced this recently when I needed to order multiple pairs of the same shoe for a wedding party. They will even give you a 10% discount for wedding footwear! The rewards program offered by Shoe Company allows to collect points fast and earn money off of your next purchases. I have shopped for myself, my husband and children at Shoe Company and will continue to do so.

I was hunting for a pair of winter boots so I popped in here after visiting some other stores in the same shopping centre. These stores are self serve and generally have a big selection of men’s footwear. This is nice because in many stores, it seems that men’s footwear is an afterthought.
What I found different about this location is that they seem to have a larger clearance section than other locations I’ve been to. Maybe I just hit the store on a good day? I think not being that it was right after Christmas with their Boxing week sale going on.
The staff were friendly and made the rounds to see if I needed help with anything. The trip this day was not fruitful, but I’ll be back for another gander.
