Starbucks

This is one of three Starbucks in Crowfoot, and one of the few coffee shops around where you can sit and spend some time. There’s usually a lineup, but there’s also usually a pile of people on the other side of the counter. This afternoon it was quiet, the service was quick and the latte was a nice treat. I rooted around in their wraps for a vegetarian sandwich to no avail, and none of their many baked goods beckoned. So I bought a banana, which was convenient. A grande soy latte and a banana for $ 6 isn’t too bad.

VERY nice Starbucks. I could tell that it was nice from outside the store pulling up to it in the lot. The lighting, the furniture, how it was set up and the overall modern feel of it. Lovely. There were a few people inside. The chairs, how they are arranged, offered privacy to many chatting, doing computer work. I would come in here any day to meet clients even though I am not one to often meet people inside a coffee shop to do business for some reason. It was almost 9pm, I am sure it gets busier in the day but it just looked so comfortable. Large, plush chairs are the rule here. Service was good and they offer all the usual standard Starbucks fare. I even spoiled myself tonight with some whte chocolate covered cranberries. Who knew they carried these? HOLY YUM!
