I have only been to this walk in twice(both kind of emergency) and I can say I had very good services both from the doctors and staff. I had a cut on my hand which will not stop bleeding n it happened on Sunday at around 7.45pm everywhere else was closed n I had to go to d clinic with my 2 kids. My 7 yr old son is autistic and d moment we were called into the private room He jump on d bed started touching n moving stuff trying to touch d sterile dressing etc and the nurse couldn’t be more patient! She kept trying to distract my son while my daughter was asking questions about d wound what she’s cleaning it with etc at the same time n she was explaining everything my daughter!!! To the nurse(she had a headscarf) who was on duty on the night of Sunday 03 May 2015, u are awesome and thanks for everything, u turned what could hv been a frustrating evening to something bearable :)

I’ve been to this location numerous times and it seems like every time I do go in, I get absolutely AWEFUL service from the front desk. They have been extremely rude and verbally abusive, not to mention that they’ve forgotten about me in a waiting room for over an hour before I finally came out to see what was taking so long. And what took so long? They never got out my chart, yet they put me in a room to wait for a doctor. I warn you now, do everything you possibly can to avoid this clinic!

I’ve been to this location three times, once as a patient and twice to wait with someone else. All in all, for a walk-in clinic it’s pretty good. Twice, the wait was incredibly short… when I went to get my sinus infection diagnosed, it was a half hour from start to finish. But, depending on the day and what else is going on, I’ve also been there for a two hour wait, so be prepared and bring a book(or fully charged phone). The doctors are nice and efficient. The desk staff is friendly. Once, even though they closed at 9, they had to start turning people away around 7 due to the wait, so that’s a little disappointing for the people who came in, I think. They also seemed to have a system where you could come, give your name, and then come back later. Not sure what that entailed but the thought of someone going off, getting a coffee, going grocery shopping and then coming back and getting in before someone who’d been sitting there for hours turned me off a little. I only go here if I’m desperate. First of all, the people working the front desk are never too nice. It’s so unclear when you walk in what you are supposed to do also. I went one day, a while before they were to close up, and the woman working had actually hid the numbers so she didn’t have to accept anymore patients… so I went up to the front desk and she rudely says«excuse me but did I call you up here?» Then she remembers she took the numbers and says«Oh wait, sorry». And throws a number my way. I took my number and decided to just leave and wait for my actual doctors office to open in a few days and go see him where I wouldn’t be sassed so much. Secondly, I went here about 8 months ago with the worst stuffy nose I had ever had plus serious headaches. I had been sick for almost a month and had decided that it was time I go on some antibiotics. The doctor at this place told me I had bronchitis(I had no signs of coughing) and to wait it out for two weeks. I waited a week and couldn’t handle not sleeping, constant headaches, and not being able to breath through my nose. I went back and was told I had a serious sinitus… Wait times are about the only thing that I like about this place, and how it has such long hours.

This is my new favourite Medicentre. First of all, I can’t believe i’m writing a review of a «medical place». But I’ve been here a few times recently, and wow! Totally impressed. Why… because it might be the fastest walk in clinic in the city, what’s not to love about that! The quality of care is just standard, but i’ll take the for a fast walk-in! And they have a nice big TV room to wait in. This is as good as it gets in this city.
