I was recommended to go into Focus West by a friend and to go see Gerry, and I am so glad that I did! She is an exceptionally nice woman who treats you with respect and not just a dollar sign. I walked out feeling so appreciated and loved, and that is a difficult thing to find almost anywhere these days. I highly recommend visiting this optical store, they carry all the fashionable brands for reasonable prices, and have sales on frames that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere. I went into Focus west looking for new eyeglasses. Their selection of frames had a variety of brands but there wasn’t a good variety of colors and styles. The staff was all busy, so I just browsed the frames myself and tried on a few, I found one D&G pair for $ 280 at were really nice. I waited at the counter for ever to find out about lenses. Finally a woman came and I asked her about the cost of an eye exam, which is $ 85. She told me that lenses go for between $ 90 and $ 250, which isn’t bad compared to a few other optometrists I have been to. She was called away and apologized, so I just made my way out.
This place maybe wouldn’t be my choice for frames, but their services seem well priced. This place seems busy, which is a good thing, expect to wait if you need any help.
