Britannia Plaza

This is an absolute quaint area that I discovered driving home on the Elbow Drive. Just east of the Elbow River in the SW, the BP is a collection of street side shops that carry gift items, women’s fashions, home accessories and books, plus a food market and services.
Of course my favorite part about this area is that you can do your grocery shopping, buy a bottle of decent red wine, mail a letter, have a Starbucks coffee and do this all with FREE parking.
This is a very convenient turn off to do errands but has pretty higher end services, Sunterra is great fresh food market but a little higher in price than your local Co-​op, you have a 5 star chocolate store and good clothing locations but you are paying for what they have to offer.
This sweet street seems to cater to the more influential locals of the area so we are talking the people living in the million dollar homes that are next to the Elbow River.
What I like about BP is that it still has an old fashioned small town feeling and the peacefulness of walking outdoors to do window shopping is all so refreshing.
