Toys ‘r’ US

This is a good size Toys r’us but is also one of the busier toys r us.
Well once in awhile I would walk inside. I find that the staff here are not that friendly and at times they are not helpful. Maybe they think I don’t have the money to buy toys. LOL.
Once came here and asked for Dutch Blitz card games and they checked and said oh we have a lot and the lady pointed the the corner. I came back told her there are none. Then she pointed to the same corner again. Then she ignores me. Yes she was very rude she thinks I didn’t look. I later give up in getting it.
My sister who is in University, one time went in and the lady accused her for making a mess at the Toys r us. She was there to get a gift and wasn’t expected the lady wanted her to clean up. My sister looks really young. Yes the Toys r Us staff was very rude and lazy.

Very rude customer service, store is very dirty.

Needed a gift for a child’s birthday party. Found the product on their website, read all the reviews, decided to go buy it. Made it to the store, found the product on the shelf… only one box, strapped to shelf with zapstraps. Hm, must be high theft item, will ask for one from the back. Found the employee, explained what I wanted, walked over, showed the item, the price tag, n barcode, everything. Waited for 15 minutes… turns out they don’t keep stock of all displayed merchandise and if I wanted to, they could order in or I could order it online, but I shouldn’t worry because shipping would be free… I don’t think they get it — only reason I go to brick and mortar stores, is because I want too buy something immediately. If I could wait and shop online, I would buy it on Amazon for 30% less. With free shipping. Either keep a stock of something, or take it off your shelves (and follow Zellers and Target).

after a long day at a convention, me and a friend wanted to go to the mall, I was getting exhausted, after getting there, me and my friend went to the Disney store, No Beeping on stuff, then when we went to Toys R Us, the beeping started, one guy was very nice to me, he scanned my things and they didn’t beep and he did the same for my friends as we were about to leave, before we left the lady with the long black hair, white skin accused me and my friend for stealing, and I don’t steal, stupid lady now I don’t want to go back after the convention. U_​U 1 extra star for the guy who was nice and can understand that I came from a convention, he was so nice and i explained things to him as what convention i went to and what i bought there.

I haven’t bought anything from Toys R Us in a long time. I mostly buy things on ebay or amazon. I went in today ’cause my best friend informed me of a Boxing Day sale on Puzzles. Otherwise, I have no business being there during a busy boxing week or any other day for that matter. The puzzle was buy one and get the other of at 50% off (lesser value than the first puzzle). The rang up both puzzles at the til at full price. Having noticed this 10 minutes later I went back and instead of making the correction at the til I went through the first time I had to wait 25 minutes in the customer service line. The puzzle values were also mis advertised and they tried to blame some kid for moving stuff on the shelf around. I don’t think a kid would be that crafty or bored to move 5 boxes of the same design into the cheaper section, especially since this specific puzzle had been in this mentioned section for 2 weeks (best friend was keeping on eye on specific food related puzzles for me fora while). The situation was resolved, however, was frustrated about having to wait for a correction in the long CS line up.

This Toys R Us is located in metrotown mall. Smaller, but very busy of the times I’ve gone there, especially before Boxing Day.
Very well staffed and they are helpful, so no real complaints.

I came here to find out a selection of children’s DVDs for my toddler without going online and waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Toddlers cannot wait that long! The selection at Toys R Us is limited. I assume there are hundreds of other parents needing to keep their kids entertained for hours as well. I bought some Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse adventures for under 12 bucks each. There are several deals where you can buy 2 for $ 10 but the shows arent that great. I wish they had more selection but for a quick buy, this is the place to go. Other titles include: Dora, Deigo, Mickey Mouse Adventures, Scooby Doo, Sesame Street sing along
