The Ohm Depot

Had the most awesome experience here today. Customer service everywhere sucks nowadays no matter where you go so I was blown away by how outstanding the guy working was. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but the guy working helped me out and lead me to exactly it was that I turned out to be looking for. I should have got his name because he was so helpful, but I’ll be going back so I’m sure I’ll get it then. They have lots and lots of flavours to choose from, and I got to taste test which was awesome. The guy working did an amazing job of showing me vapes, letting us test flavours as well as giving outstanding customer service to other people that entered the shop. He showed me how to change my coil and made it a breeze to purchase my new product. I don’t know why I would ever go anywhere else for my vape needs. If you’re in the area and you vape stop by.

Not a terrible place. Truth be told I came here just because of the name. Ohm Depot?! Come on!!! :D Decent selection of juices staff was very helpful. Answered any and all questions I had regarding hardware and juice. Lots of carrying cases for making a travel pack for your setups! If your around hastings stop in and check them out.

Long overdue;
My first visit here was in 2013. I have been a returning customer since before the name change. The guys there are absolutely amazing. They helped me away from horrible juice companies and mediocre shops. I’ve been to quite a few and i always come back to TOD.
There is a reviewer that said these people there are «want to be know it alls»; They’re not. They helped show me how to get into rebuildables and how to be ABSOLUTELY safe. When they don’t know the answer, the owner has even told me he isn’t absolutely sure (mostly because the research isn’t out yet). On top of that, if you have a problem with your hardware, they will always be extraordinarily helpful. They’re not snobby at all.
Another reviewer said that their juice selection isn’t great. I’ll say that when i go there for juice, i’m there for at least an hour because they have SO much variety. They let you drip to taste, and the decision making has gotten HARDER over the years.
T.O.D is my favorite place to go because i know exactly what i’m going to get when i’m there. Spend your money here; you won’t regret it.

I give this place two stars. A couple of the employees there are great. Hence giving it a two star rating. Other than that I found the others that work there a bunch of want to be know it All’s. Selection of juices is lame and the ones they have are the same. Selection of equipment leaves a lot to be desired.
