I just went there today, about 30 minutes ago, and I must say I’m very disappointed. The hairdresser was totally nice and did a nice job on my hair, however they told me it was going to be $ 30, then at the end they charged me $ 57! When I asked why they said because they shampooed my hair and styled it, but the shampoo was supposed to be included and they never asked me if I wanted my hair styled she just did it. I got the Shampoo, Cut, Blowdry package so I assumed the curls she was doing with the round brush and blowdryer was the «Blowdry» portion of the package. This is what I get for not going to my regular hairdresser.

Had my hair cut and coloured (balayage style highlights) over a month ago now, I had so many compliments right away, and i think it still looks great. The cut and colour have both grown out really well. Carianne was really great, when I asked her part way through cutting if we could go a bit shorter she was really nice, and made sure it was just how I wanted it. It was my first visit but not my last, I think I have found my hairdresser!

Carianne is a great hairdresser! She did a very natural balayage on my hair, which looks amazing. I am always nervous seeing a new hairdresser, but she is fantastic at colour, and cut! Highly recommend!

Lift hair lounge is such a classy and clean salon. Carianne is an amazing hair dresser! She listens to what Im looking for and provides great ideas when I have no idea what to do. She’s wonderful to talk to and its always a great experience getting my hair done by her.

Carianne has been my hair stylist for over 5 years. She is awesome at what she does and I highly recommend her. She always seem to know what I want even when I don’t know myself. She also comes up with the latest trend and that’s pretty awesome she knows what’s in these days. No one cuts hair like she does and that’s why I keep coming back.
