Nice One Nails

The staff is great but the manager is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She acts like a child having a bad day at school. I feel really sorry for the staff that has to deal with her every single day.

1^st time at this location, had great service on a Thursday night. I was exhausted from a hard week and my esthetician (Helen) made sure I was comfortable (adjusted my chair, turned on the massage settings for me).
I prefer my foot soak on the warmer side, so she made sure to add hot water periodically. Very attentive.
I mentioned a stiff spot on my hand and she targeted it during the mani hand massage which was great.
Only down side: another worker was playing really loud music the whole time. A customer that came in during the end of my visit made a comment about it, but it seemed to go unacknowledged.

Came in for a touch up as my shellac peeled in 24hrs. Helen wasn’t in unfortunately.
A worker (who i can only assume was the manager or supervisor) appeared almost irritated that I was there.
I sat for a while before she actually came to set up the shellac remover. Definitely a technology focused place as everyone was on their phones, blaring music, and even texting while holding my hand to fix the polish.
Will definitely stick to requesting one esthetician when I go in.

Very very expensive and staff talks a lot among themselves more and pay minimal attention to the customer. I would suggest to go somewhere else. Not coming back to this store ever. Not worth the money! Trust me you haven’t been to better ones!

I’m a regular at this salon and have been coming here for about a year and the service is always great. I usually see the same person and she does an amazing job with everything but especially my pedicure. Plus everyone in the salon is so friendly. Highly recommend.

I was there today for a full leg wax and under arms, the girl rushed tjhrew the whole thing, I even got some brusing. The bedding was dirty and wax all over the back table. The bed I layed on was packed with boxes and the lady kept tripping over them. This was a bad experience, I will never go back there!!!

Greatest pedicure I’ve ever had ! I’m from California and I thought we had the best treatments. Aside from the fancy places this place was awesome. Almost six different creams and lotions and such were used. Great place!

Since recently moving to Brampton I had to discover a new nail salon. So knowing that this one is a franchise I decided to come to this one. They acknowledge me right away and made sure they had someone to take care of me. It wasn’t that busy but for a Tuesday afternoon there were more people then what I expected. There were a few regulars that the staff knew by name so that’s a good thing. Given that this one is so close to me I will definitely be coming back. They did a great good job on my nails so I’m happy. Their pricing is good too. I have no complaints.

I came here at 2pm and it was busy. Typical nail salon, nothing fancy. All I wanted was a colour change and I waited close to 25 minutes and I wasn’t too happy. During my wait I seen two other unhappy customers return with nail problems and the owner looked irritated but helped them. One thing that is very unprofessional at these nail salons are that they speak their own language which can make a customer feel very uncomfortable. Finally when it was my turn, the lady rushed, got nail polish on everything and took less than 5 minutes with me. Now, its been less than 24 hours and my nail polish has chipped, so I will be going back to get them fixed up. After today, I will no longer be going to this salon for my nail needs, sorry.
