Fundado/​a em 2014.

Rio on the map understands that when travelling to a new place tourists need to be adviced of what to do and where to go, but at the same time they want to make decisions regarding the options is given .

We have realized that tours in vans or in a bus makes it nearly impossible to attend everyone´s will and taste, such as restaurants, waiting time for a picture, changing the route or even changing the program because of weather conditions, therefore Rio on the map performs its tours with a max of 6 people, in confort and spacious new cars by a professional driver who is also your personal guide .

Tours can be organized at any time.

All our guides have first hand experience in traveling the world, leaving them equipped with a profound understanding of different cultures and the capacity to communicate in more than one language.

We offer some of our ready tours or we shall help you to organize your own.

I was born in Rio and I had my first travel to Europe when I was 18, from there i spent 10 years working and traveling mainly in the UK, Italy and Spain where i developed a good understanding of these cultures and became fluent in these languages.

As a guide i started in Spain in 2006 where i worked for 4 years .

In Brazil during my guiding course at Marc Apoio (EMBRATUR) I was also worked as a VIP Taxi driver company and i realized that i had a good feed back not only because of my service but also because of honesty, then i understood that in Rio de Janeiro many taxi drivers and other people that work with tourists prefer to take advantage of tourists instead of doing their best in order to make a happy costumer, there was when i saw a gap open in this industry and i decided to build a company which the priority would be to target the tourist satisfaction.
