Brazilians are known for their warm and courteous hospitality, but both the hotel staff and travel agents at this hotel provide above and beyond service that I find truly exceptional for the price we paid to stay here (approximately USD85−92 per night). We were offered a small discount for our second night of consecutive stay. Amenities are standard with free Wifi and breakfast included. Most staff speak fluent English and are VERY helpful, which makes this petite, average priced hotel truly an A++ rated hotel. I am very happy with their service and feel fortunate to have picked this «random» hotel in the beginning, which turns out to be a hidden gem! :D
