Had to renew my driver’s license and this location only opened 6 weeks ago. I had gone to the other location but they were only offering car licensing services. There was a sign saying they had moved to Lissner St.
Parking is a bit of a problem since there is only 30-​min street parking available so if there are a lot of people waiting, you might have to move your car at some point.
After entering, I went up to the podium and told the person on duty what services I needed and she gave me an appropriate ticket. When my ticket number was called, it took all of 10 mins to get everything done.
My experience here was easy peasy, but I’ve heard that it often can be a long wait. It just depends on how busy the day of your visit is.
