This is a family run kebab shop and it does so much more than kebabs. I went in out of sheer desperation for Turkish bread as the other shops in the centre had none including the bakery! I came out with fresh Turkish bread and housemade hommus for $ 5. That was a few years ago now and I’ve been returning ever since and I’ve still yet to buy a kebab though I see plenty of locals who swear by them. I favour their pide breads which can only be best described as a pizza varietal. Full of flavour and made on premises in a very particular manner. I have seen younger workers being trained very specifically on how to handle the dough and order of placement of ingredients. One of my orders was even thrown out and was started from scratch because of a mistake. The Turkish Delight is just yum and also made on premises. Haven’t left there’d without a piece since trying it. One of the gems of Thornlie Square Shopping Centre.
