Australia Post Thornlie

Easily the worst Australia Post office in the Area, never have a problem at Beckenham, Maddington, Kenwick or Cannington but the office here is always short staffed and often the staff that are there can be very snarky and rude.

There isn’t a moment when this post office isn’t busy. The staff do an amazing job getting people through, even around Christmas. The queue is fast moving and I’ve now accepted that I don’t need to mentally prepare myself to join it.
It is a smaller post office but you can still get your passport, Working With Children, and police clearance paperwork completed here. With the passport application, you do need to make an appointment for a part of the process.
The staff are incredibly patient with people disgruntled about having to go to the post office to collect parcels.
There is a selection of gifts in store. Useful if you’ve been tasked with buying a $ 10 gift for the end of week raffle in the office.
