The worst. Really, I was expecting my doctor to reveal his identity as Dr Nick Riviera, which would have allowed me to forgive their total incompetence.
The doctor thinks he’s a legend and won’t ring up laboratories to get your test results — that’s the nurse’s job apparently — and even if he’s the one who booked in the appointment for you and knew very well that the nurse wouldn’t be there, he doesn’t warn you, makes you come in for 60 seconds to be told that the nurse isn’t there to get the results for you and you’ll have to come back.
All that for a category B consultation charge to Medicare This place must be making a MINT!
Don’t be fooled by their casual walk in service, or their online bookings, or their bulk billings, you might just die because the doctor is allergic to the phone. Seriously, if you needed a hospital, he’d need the nurse to dial 000 for you, and apparently she’s never there.
