Had the Swiss Chocolate and Mango Sorbet. The flavor is rich and flavorful. Not sure about other flavor. You can ask for a sample if you are not sure.

Staff are pretty disinterested, but the flavours are good. But, keep in mind that Messina is about 50m away in the Star and its much much better in terms of price, staff and flavours. I popped in for a thickshake, but it was too much milkshake than thickshake. Needed more ice cream.

Swiss Chocolate ice cream was so good that any time we spotted a Movenpick during our Australia-New Zealand trip we had one!!!

Just like old times. Swiss chocolate! Yum! Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips/shavings! Yum! My daughter got the hazelnut ice cream which was great too! The combo of the two was excellent. A Sydney hot summer made it taste even better!

Happy belly means happy memories and Movenpick did just that! Creamy smooth, intense natural flavors were the perfect vehicle for the swiss ice creams we devoured. Our first addiction at Manly… a few days later, we ate some more at Darling Harbour and right before we got on our plane, we fulfilled our last craving of yummy scoops at Bondi Beach. Movenpick was the cherry on an already fun Sydney trip! Thanks Movenpick, our favorite was dark chocolate, coffee and hazelnut!

Was very excited to see Movenpick after many years. They have creamy unique flavors. Service was fast and friendly. Icecream was delicious!

Movenpick is the best! For those attempting to use Unilocal and Google Maps to find it though, be aware that it’s not actually *in* the mall. It’s just outside, at the base of the stairwell to the monorail and can be best seen as you exit the bridge across the water. Yes, it’s $ 8 for a mint chocolate chip shake… but it’s oh so worth it!

My god, I ate this ice cream yesterday and nearly died — it is sooo beautiful its unreal! I ordered the ‘tiny’ size and it is well enough of a portion for one person, wouldnt want a bigger size as its so creamy and heavy. Saw some people getting massive serves though so each to their own. I ordered the salted caramel with white chocolate chips pieces — HEAVEN! Will def be back for more. (I went to the Crown St location though, beside the White Horse pub).

Pyrmont Bridge may not be terribly long, but after strolling over it in the hot sun, you can be forgiven for seeking shelter under the awning of Movenpick… and while you’re at it, why not indulge in the cooling deliciousness of ice cream? Proving that the Swiss can do more than make watches, this ice cream is silky smooth and oh soooo good. With flavours for every whim, including sorbet if you’re looking for something dairy free. Two things make this Movenpick even more dangerous than usual: 1. They’re open til 11pm — perfect for a late night snack 2. If you visit the Coles around the corner your receipt could well end up with a coupon for a free scoop. Consider yourselves warned.
