They managed to make me spend twice as much as I wanted on a pram but only because the service was so brilliant.
I go here regularly to purchase bulk baby wipes & mats as its considerably cheaper than supermarkets.
⁴⁄₅ as I bought an item on show & got no discount.

Baby Bunting has plans to list on the Australian Stock Exchange. If all the other stores are like this one, any planned listing is going to be a disaster for potential shareholders.
My wife, mother and I visited the Myaree store twice and we are aghast at the poor level of customer service we encountered. In our experience, the staff were aloof, unhelpful and just plain rude. This was our first visit to a BB store. Perhaps it’s different at other stores in this chain. For the sake of shareholders and customers alike, I sure hope so.
To the directors of this company: please recruit personable staff who have a basic understanding about how to interract with customers. It costs nothing to have staff smile, greet customers and ask if they need help.
To the employees who were working at 2pm on 16 March 2015: If you cannot deliver a basic level of customer service, you should not be in the retail industry. Your company is not served by hiring sullen, hostile staff whose «attitude» leaves a lot to be desired.

I couldn’t have asked for better service at Baby Bunting. The staff here were top notch, amazing and friendly! They answered every single one of my questions with such great knowledge and a smile. There was no question too hard or too silly for them. They will also do their best to give you the best possible price. So ask for their best price! Once I had finished with the sales lady, I started browsing around the store on my own. Shortly after, I had another sales assistance ask if I was ok and if I needed any help. I highly recommend Baby Bunting and will definitely be a return customer.

Really nice store, well presented and set out. The service is good but could use some extra staff during sales periods. Prices are a little expensive but as is all baby stores.

Out of all the baby accessory stores we have visited in the last few weeks this has to be the best one. The floor plan is well organised and not a maze like some places. They have everything you could possibly want when you’re expecting or have a little one in tow.
Highly recommend you try this place out if you’re about to have a baby or you need a present for that baby shower.
