Great food and there is a gluten free menu option for my beautiful coeliac wife. There is also a nice little bar out the back to wind down after a hard day at the office. The Tuk Tuk bar also serves finger food as well as the full menu on except for Friday.

Temple Thai is the best Thai food in Brisbane theres no doubt about it. We dined here twice on our recent trip to Brisbane and just loved it. The steamed dumplings are the best I have found out side of Chiang Mai and the satay is amazing. The Ninja wings are good but I would advise ordering a dipping sauce as they can be a bit dry after a few. The Tuk Tuk bar out the back of the restaurant is a gem, and well worth a stop for pre-dinner drinks

Visited the Thai temple last night. Was seated strsight away and our entrée appeared in prompt time. We had duck spring rolls which I thought was top class. Mains also appeared promptly and once again very tasty. Very enjoyable night and was reasonable when it came to the price. Be warned parking is limited. Cheers.

Two & a half out of five stars This Thai place does a pretty decent lunch special — $ 11.90 from a selection of about 15. The beverages are also a little cheaper than on the regular dinner menu(dollar less for all non-alcoholic drinks) which is a nice touch. I had the Chicken Stir Fry with Hokkien Noodles and I don’t think it was anything to write home about. It was perfectly decent, just not all that amazing. My friends all had curries and all of those were very tasty. It is located on Park Road so of course there is limited parking available but it is great if you work in the area and just need a place to walk to for lunch. There is a rather large garden out the back so the joint is actually much larger than it appears from the road — lots of seating available! Overall the food was decent but a bit average and it wasn’t too expensive. I would likely be back if I needed an easy lunch in Park Road but I wouldn’t go out of my way. Cheers.

This is a lovely Thai restaurant in Milton. It has a fantastic location on the corner of Milton Road and Gordon Street, so when you drive by it automatically creates interest, especially with it’s super large ‘Temple’ sign on the side. Built with dark thai wood décor, this place has a certain warmth about it. It feels calm and cosy, which is especially important for nights when you want to have an intimate dinner with someone. When you walk in you will find the bar on the right, the bar which serves NO alcohol and strictly BYO. It’s a shame though, because when you come to a place like this, you would assume you can just order a glass of wine or bottle to share while you have your meal. Also, the bar looks really good! As if you really are in Thailand– but all you can get are soft drinks and teas. The curry is quite good, the ambience even better, but the service could do we a makeover. On the few occasions I’ve been here, I find myself less and less impressed by the staff there. They seemed a lot more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to its diners. I’ve taken my family here and felt almost embarrassed at the fact that this place made us all feel a bit unwelcome. When we got our table it took a very long time until someone came to take our order. When they did and went to the kitchen, another waiter asked for our order, which then created confusion between the staff. Ah! Few more confusing incidents followed that evening, like receiving the wrong order and waiting for the last dish which came out 15 mins after the first, at this point the first couple of dishes were almost done. Geeez. Mediocre food, great ambience, not the best customer service.

They have recently refurbished this restaurant and I think for the better. Instead of the mish mash sushi/chinese/thai theme they had going, they are now focussing on Thai. My husband and I went here last night for dinner and noticed the sushi train gone and now there are just classy wooden tables in its place. This place has a weird split level and another higher split level happening, but don’t let that deter you because the food is quite authentic. We had the Beef Massuman Curry(no choice for spicyness, this was pretty mild) and the Chicken Pad Thai with Chicken satay sticks for appetizers. The Chicken Satay sticks were $ 9.90 which did seem a little high for 4 sticks, but the taste was good. The mains are all around 16 – 20 dollars and between the two of us, we paid just under $ 50 which I thought was a pretty good deal on Park Road. The pad thai, was hands down one of the best ones I have had for a while, the tamarind taste comes through, the squeeze of lemon juice adds perfectly, not too dry… nice chunks of chicken breast… guess what I’m having for lunch at work today! So I have reviewed the review I had previously and have increased the stars! Definetely work a try, the dishes are really yummy and all the waitresses are super friendly.
