I let my new wife, from Australia, handle her personal effects move. She moved from Caboolture to California USA. They Charged us 2700.00 to ship to port of Oakland California. or 3500 door to door price. the proprietor, Scott, quoted «a few hundred dollars» for port fees. I figured I could save some money by picking up at the port. When I got the port fees, the minimum fees were close to 600.00. Scott said that he could not know the info for up to date info on the port fees. I think, as a shipping company, you should know the fees. it is your business!!! I think they took advantage. Seven Seas worldwide gave us a quote that blows these guys out of the water!
